I can access the mobil deposit, i get a message that reads "unable to grant ur request please visit Website for more info on this feature" and fcfcu doesnt know why, any1 else had this issue? Update. Fcfcu finally fixed it and now i luv it!

this app makes my life so much more easier with being able to pay bills and transfer money around with out having to waste my time going to the bank. ive used this app for about a year now and havnt had a problem with it since. nice updates too.

The deposit by phone program has issues with my paychecks. The pictures do not turn out clear enough and I have to try several times to get it accepted. No problem with other cks. Everything else is great.

Issues arrive here and there. The Devs are on top of bug fixes and improvements so as long as folks are willing to submit bug reports then the app can only get better. =D

Wth happened? Now it won't even open no matter what i do. I've sent reports in for days, updated it, etc, still won't work . Very disappointed UPDATE: its been a month now, app still doesn't work. I've made sure it's up to date, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, sent error reports n still get " blah, blah, experienced an error n had to close" message. This is SO frustrating. This app was amazingly easy n quick n now i have to keep going directly from the Web page n it asks more questions, takes longer n not as user friendly when accessing from my phone,which is what i do 99% of the time. Please fix this!

The app is not accurate as far as transaction they appear in my history then the next day shows no history and balance reflecting a different amount . Then the following day the transaction is there again. Frustrating

It is easy to use and I never have any issue of it not loading. I live that I can keep track of my account wherever I go. It's great!

I have a alcatel idol 3. The app worked the one time I downloaded it. Since then when i login in i cant even get pass the call or text security stage. It says theres an application error and cant display my info at this time. The text and call goes thru tho. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling same problem...fix it and I'll give 4to5 stars.

I've been with this bank forever and never had a problem with it but I wish they would show what is being take out of the account during the weekends instead I have to wait for Monday to show it going through

I like it. Only wish it could show pending transactions more often. Idk if that's on the app or the transaction just lagging to go through, but would be helpful.

I moved up in the mountains and this app makes my life so much easier. I don't have to drive a half hour to an atm to deposit or an hour to an fcfcu atm.

Love being able to transfer back and forth between my account and my son's account with no hassle.
