this the best app i've used. i have accounts at 4 banks. the other apps work ok but have wonky features and they are kinda rude. not this app. everything works well and it doesn't waste my time

Deposited check through app ,looked very clear and then 5 days later they withdraw those funds saying they couldn't read it. Haste. Will try again As it easier than going to the bank

Straight to the point, the best and easiest app for finacial transactions, the best financial institution i have ever done business with bar none, and i've been with all the national banks. Im a person, not an account number. Anya and the staff in Roseville go above and beyond the call. My dealings, loans an the such are based upon safes relationship with Kerry and not just some credit score. Have bought multiple cars with the last one at 2.9 percent intrest, which instead of almost 500.00 car payment through carmax was only 222.00 dollars through safe. This venue can not provide enough space for all the praise i would heap on safe credit union. Its the first time i can honestly say I love a finacial institution. See, im using the word LOVE about a financial institution, who does that? anywho, if ya want someone working on your behalf to save you money not to mention protect you from identity thieves this is the place to be with. By the way, i do not work for safe, I'M a truck driver and have only been with safe credit union for about 5 or 6 years and will never leave from under their wing. Hope this wasnt too long, Think about it!

A great app that has made banking so much simpler! The check deposit function can be a little bit temperamental sometimes but I believe that is not the fault of the app.

The biggest problem I have with this app is you can't see in bill pay what is due to be paid and what date like you can on the Web site! Other than that it works great for me.

The app itself works fine, assuming it actually works at all. When it is functioning I can see my bank information in a simple easy display. That being said every OTHER time I go to use it and log in, the app crashes and freezes my phone for about 15 minutes. Other times when I'm NOT logged into or using the app at all the app will crash and freeze my phone for the same amount or longer. I get a message saying "safe cresit union app has stopped working" and after i can get my phone to actually respond to close it, my phone works as normal. I have to uninstall the app for now, until that gets patched. LG V30 for those curious about the phone, with current android OS.

I have multiple accounts, I have to logout to view accounts, very inconvenient. My old banking app, I was able to view all accounts on app. Hopefully SCU can quickly change this option.

Love the safe c.u. app. Now making my life so much easier just transfers and mobile deposits alone are super helpful let alone the rest of the app. and all the features. I have used other bank apps and this one is definately one of the easiest to use. Thanks safe for making my life a little less busy!!!! Your tellers and customer service department are the nicest, most helpful and polite people in every instance. Every time something comes up, or even a simple question the customer service skills shine thru brightly!! Its a pleasure to have safe employees come to my rescue!!! Thank you safe and all the employees. You rock!!!

I keep receiving the notice "application error, we cannot display details at this time" about 50% of the time I attempt a login.

When issuing a check using Bill-Pay a field needs to be added to enter a memo on a check. Also consolidation of a deposit total made on-line containing several checks would be most helpful instead of having tio make several individual deposits. If these functions were added I'd give it 5 stars.

This app is very user friendly. I am able to mobile deposit easily. I also am able to transfer funds easily to other accounts. Both of these features save me tons of time as I can do each from home any time I want,

Seriously the best bank I've ever had and the mobile app makes it that much better. So easy to use and navigate. Love it!

It gives me my account balance, tells me where branches are and allows me to deposit checks. What more could you want?

Recently added ads, offers and other bloatware makes the app extremely annoying to use.

We've been with safe almost 40 years and there's no bank that can meet what you guys can do for us and there's no other bank better than you guys and there's no and it is the best banking to do business with

The app is good For very baisic overview but even then it lacks aspects like retrieving routing numbers or printing a summary.

Easy to use. I am a senior citizen and it makes banking so much easier for me.

Stoked to use the fingerprint log-in with my new note 5 but every time I set it up and try to log in with it the app crashes then will not restart. I have to Uninstaller and reinstall to be able to get the app to even open. Have had to do it 3 times now so I'm not using the fingerprint log in anymore. Otherwise it works.
