Grateful to have this app, very convenient, and Love the quick balance glance. Does what it says, and I'll get back to you for improvements. USE CU Mob App users, check deposits works best by cleaning the cell camera lens before taking the pic of the check ;) Keep up the great work USE CU!

This app makes my life so much easier. On top of that I just love being a member with USE Credit Union. Absolutely a pleasure every time.

Breathtakingly sloooooooooow. Takes 10 minutes to process a check Deposit. Always stops after 5 minutes and asks if I can read the name on the check. Then spins another 5 minutes. I had 3 checks to deposit tonight. Took over 30 minutes.

It does what you need. And it does it the way you'd expect. Very convenient.

Mobile deposit doesn't work.

Always have to submit my check twice before it is deposited.

Does what a basic Bank app should do. Doesn't crash on me. The check deposit part is a little cumbersome but most letter recognition is. So hopefully they keep adding new stuff without breaking the old.

Pretty useful app for depositing checks, but the image processing isn't that great. I have to try multiple times to get it to work.

I like that fingerprint login was added but would love it if I could view my eBills in the app so I wouldn't have to go find a computer to pay them. I think that would make this app complete.

Works well. Does what it says and is user friendly. What more can you ask for?!

The check deposit is the best one out of all the banks I had. I love the ease of it.

Every time I need to deposit a check using the app I must uninstall, re install and then it will work for 1 deposit. Next deposit it will not work stating "try again later". It's getting very annoying after the fifth reinstall.

The update is great, the only thing I've noticed that's a little off is the widget. It takes up more space than needed & is off center. It'd be nice if we were able to resize it as well.

When I first started using the app there were a few glitches and things that were cumbersome but it is great now!!! Keep up the good work.

Too hard to deposit checks by photo. Takes MANY attempts. Makes a simple process take forever. Get GO Bank instead.

Just works the way you hope it will. Hasn't had a hickup since I loaded it last week. I've paid bills, checked balances on 3 accounts, transferred $$s between accounts and checked balances.... all seamlessly. Great app!

I like it but i only can get 6 tranfers i would like 2 extra more tranfers

The single best thing is the ease of use and simple interface. Now with check cashing a finger print log in this app is a homerun.

Fantastic app. Online check deposit rocks! I've yet to have it balk at any of my checks, and once you get the hang of placing your check in diffuse lighting but bright lighting, add staging it, you can cash one in less than 30 second. No real wait for the servers. Maybe i have be internet than the woman below who has that issue. Well done. I know apps and this is solid.
