About Contact Backup
Contact Backup is an alternative contact manager not intended to replace the contact manager of your device, but to complement it.
Its functions are:
- Show the phone's contact list or group account.
- Show the contacts and groups of phone and also external accounts (GMail, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Show all details of a contact, even those who are normally hidden.
- Get a list of phone numbers in various formats: Excel, HTML, plain text, etc..
- Get a list of contacts and emails in various formats: Excel, HTML, plain text, etc..
- Perform a full backup of your phone contacts on the SD card or external memory.
- Restore a backup from an SD card or external memory.
- Transferring all contacts from one device to another (backup + restore).
- Delete all contacts from the device.
Note: The contacts that appear in the sample screenshots are a tribute to great men of music and business. Both phone numbers and emails are fictional and any resemblance to reality is purely coincidental.

i dont see any option to select output format.. there is only one output format called jasun format

Fail first time exporting to cvs for excell. Just retry an did the job.

Sometimes I think every B 4 S T 4 R D in the mobile industry is going out of their way to limit our control with contacts. How many times have you lost age old contacts since the fade out of sim cards sim cards and not being able to conveniently create your own backups. This app does what no others will do, it gives you control.Not only does it break the barriers between providers but also allows you to choose different text formats. 5 stars to this one and FU*K G*ogle! They are the worst offender by far!

The export files contain only name and phone number which makes them pretty much useless. The backup file appears to contain everything, which puts this program a cut above the average contacts backup program. The backup file is in a json format which is useless to anyone who wants to use the data for something else . Love the nice clean UI!

Everybody! Why? Now your phone can make backups right out of the phonebook using the export function, right? Wrong! Do that and you'll have all kinds of unpleasant things happen to you after you restore one of those!! This is one of the few useful backup apps, so by all means give it a shot.

This app has been abandoned by the authors as of the android 4.3 update. Restoring your backed up data is not possible and they iignore help requests.
