OpsGenie for Android
Very Poor UX! Double burger menus, sluggish response time, alert notifications never dismiss on notification bar dispite acking them in the app. Dangerous buttons like close all are right next to the home button. Adding a alert to a team gives you a text box yet the error message mentions using a dropdown. Random limitations on actions to an alert. For example can mass add a note to all alerts but not mass tag them yet this option is possible in the webapp. Only gets 2 stars as it seems to reliably make me aware of an alert so I can use there webapp. For such a service I expect this app to be to of a mutch higher standard. Update: Now freezes when closing alerts...
Push notifications now broken, legitimately the most important feature. Please please fix ASAP.
Ux is bad and push notifications are broken.
Nifty and easy to use.

Does not alert at night time. I have had a few times I wake up to see that I have a bunch of alerts and even my wife who is a lite sleeper does not wake up to it.
One most annoying thing that made me put 3 stars: every time i get an update for android, the app asks to login which is super annoying.
Missing key features: - Notification banner just says "Opsgenie" and nothing else. Really. - Can't filter out other users' tickets, no way to look at just my own acked or unacked tickets.
It raises the volume and do not set it back to the original volume. It's really annoying, suddenly my mobile is shouting for any notification.
Since the last Update on a Sony Xperia Z everytime there is a push message because of alert, the volume settings are set to max automagically. It doesn't matter if the volumes was set to silent mode...it's always back to max. volume. Co-Worker has a Z2 of Sony and has the same issues, while on a HTC One this doesn't happen. Please fix :)
Alert actions are not intuitive (controls are not native), dashboard is dedicating too much space to indicate whether you're on call on call or not and to little to actual alerts.
drains my battery (nexus 6p). lost >50% charge during night while not on call and no other apps running :(
You really need to show in the dashboard if quiet hours are enabled
opsgenie rules :)
Why has it been disabled anyway? There should be a way to enable it if wanted. Maybe a global setting by an admin?
As I tell all my friends: the opsgenie folks seem to just 'get it'. Awesome functionality, great API, good design, fantastic support. I tried a few other altering solutions and just couldn't make them work the way we needed. Not only does opsgenie work better than the others, but it has a better price point too!
Every time alert comes the application triggers sound settings on my phone - "silent", "vibration" and "sound+vibration" by a circle. It is very annoying that application changes phone settings. HTC One V, Android 4.0.3 (ICS) And orange UI is too offensive
Orange color scheme, really?! When a new alert comes in, there is no actions menu, oh wait, the ACTIONS label on top is actually a BUTTON?! Main menu on the right and the filter alerts menu on the left?! Makes my brain hurt. You should read up on Android usability guidelines or something. Also, can you color code the incoming alert depending on its status? It's always orange and it's a problem to figure out it's status at night.
Please update to Android 6
If I get an alert, I receive the notification. After that, I know if I want to do anything productive I have to open up the website on my computer. A native app would be much more responsive and help us when we need to get a server up asap.
The UI is the opposite of lightweight, too many settings, left/right swipe menus. Biggest con is the battery drain, even with screen off
Awesome app, slick user interface, not as ugly as PagerDuty. The website is also much more user friendly and the API is also much simpler to work with. This is awesome, these guys understand DevOps and got it right, well done!
Garbage application, UI takes minutes to load a single tickets, drains my battery frequently.
slow startup, quiet hours are quiet during the weekend too...
The login screen for the password gives me autocorrection for the password! Please deactivate that for the screen! Else everything is fine so far!
Please update to Android 6
Nice App

Does what it says, is a savior to our development and operations teams. No more alert fatigue!

The recent ui update is good. Still need the ability to assign different notification sound to each alert action (create, close, ack, etc.)
The app is much easier to use now than with the old version.

On the note 4 the buttons within the app look like I'm pressing them but it only completes the action after repeatedly pressing it.
Fresh up the UI
Elad, OpsGenie mobile app is now working with Android 4.1 and above , please update to the latest version. Latest version is also smaller in size and loads faster.

Does not play the sound I set and only plays the default notification sound for my phone which is nowhere near loud enough to wake me. You have broken one of the key features of the app. Who tests this stuff?
