Health bracelet

I managed to pair it with my phone, but the Bracelet will not Sync data with my phone no matter what I do. Restarted the phone, the device, paired them over and over again, but It does not help at all. Sometimes I get the message Syncing and then Sync Timeout. That is as far as I've gotten with over 200 tries (I'm not over exaggerating about the tries).

Ok took ages to suss. When you get the watch to show Bluetooth, and then health bracelet, press sync on your phone app. When the matching numbers come up, press the middle button on the watch at the same time as the phone app. Should then come up as paired :)

I spent a day to sync with my note 2.enter the bluetooth on the bracelet, open the application, when the bracelet say,, health bracelet " start to pair. Whenthe phone say conecting prest the midle button on the bracelet.

I tried over and over again. Bluetooth fail, can not find device. Sync fail, sync time out. Over and over again. Read the review stating first hold button down so it says "wrist bracelet" THEN hit "sync" on app. Synced first time!

For 5 devices for whole family ... app is crap... not working on Galaxy 4s and Note 4... shoulda gone with a different band and app... once you finally get a device and band paired, after trying HUNDREDS IF TIMES, it does NOTHING but time out during sync... total disappoimtment... do not buy these bands... cheap is not worth the hassle and you don't get something that even half-assed works even... other than big time buyer's remorse

OK but takes several attempts to sync at times. Never syncs first try and will not pair with Monster M7 tablet. Clearer instructions needed.

Aren't told compatibility until received device! Bluetooth device not found error!

i normally not good with electronic devices to get them set up but it was super easy. i like it, not sure the sleep it set up for people that sleep nights. i work nights so i got reprogram that

They need to do a lot more work on this app and fix device compatibility before it is ready for prime time.

Ok same problems as everyone else. Keeps timing out. Would be nice if the developer actually offered some bloody advice.

Need to be clearer ....Make sure you can view Bluetooth on the bracelet. Press the sync on the app then press and hold the enter button the braclet so "health bracelet" shows it should sync then.

Just purchased this from eBay and it will not connect with the app - keeps saying wrong PIN or password. Have tried 8 times and it still won't work. Waste of money! Wish I had just spring for the Fitbit!

The bracelet is good. You must activate your Bluetooth on the cell phone, press OK 2 times on the bracelet. Search the device on the phone. When you see a code on the phone and the bracelet, press OK on the bracelet and the sink will be complete.

The correct one is WristbandApp! That's why this app doesn't work!

My phone connects via Bluetooth to the wristband but the app does not. Very disappointing. If the app could be updated to fix the problems it would be a nice gesture from the manufacturer to the hundreds of people like me who have bought this and now can't use it.

Tried since a few month synching my Samsung S3 ... always got device not found message and cant pair. but this is not the good APP search in store WRISTBANDAPP from GZGAMUT its working then for the oled SH01 bracelet BLE 4.0 dont pair it with android config, go in WristbandApp in setting, then switch on Bluetooth and sync...

Would give it 5* but I can't sync it with my fitness pal, if I could do that I would be able to give it 5 *

it is saying it can't find password to snyc, wtf fix ur app stupid that u buy something and can't use it because of the app...

I have downloaded both this app and the wristband app. The wristband app is nicer but it won't syncronize with my health bracelet. This health bracelet doesn't give you as many options as the wristband app. This app kind of sucks

Tried 100 times, followed each step carefully. Cannot get app to sync with watch.

I think this app is actually fine. My main issues have been with the SH01 "health bracelet", but I think I have solved my persistent 'sync timeout' problem. I discovered purely by chance that the 'sync timeout' error only happens when I try to sync the bracelet in close proximity to the android phone. My new method is, (1) on the bracelet go to BLUETOOTH and press enter. It will display "health bracelet". (2) with bluetooth enabled on the phone hold the bracelet at least 1 metre away from the phone and press sync. (3) this now syncs most most of the time. Not sure why distance is key but it works for me now. The app itself is actually working okay and bug free in my case.

this app to work. needs more explanation. on the wrist band ...get it to health bracelet. don't hold th button down. on the app go to settings. first hit Bluetooth button. then sync and it does work. if you don't. you will get error messages. the creator needs to put these sync instructions on the app.

Will not pair with Samsung S4mini so app is useless. "Could not communicate with health bracelet incorrect code or password" even though code is correct.

got a galaxy note 2 and bt compatible but wont sync, tried reistalling app also no joy.

I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I got the cheapest fitness tracker I could find. I can't get the app to sync with the fitness tracker. I try and try and nothing. Truly disappointing.

Always says sync tuned out or cannot find device I would love to use the bracelet to its full potential but the app needs to be fixed

Can't sync with my wristband at all. I have sync so many time and the app keep telling me unable to find device. I even un-install and reinstall the app but doesn't work.

I got the wristband today and at first I could not get it to sync. I was attempting to sync it like I do my speakers, etc. Once you download this app run it with the wristband OFF. Setup the information then click sync. It will prompt you to turn on the Bluetooth do as it says. Turn on the wristband and sync. It takes just a minute or so and it's done.

like others have said, it "used to work". It worked OK ish on my Galaxy S5 Active. Now it won't even sync on my personal phone or the work Galaxy S5. BT connection is a fight and a half. The manual for this bracelet doesn't tell you to push the middle button again when the pin code appears / phone prompts you with the pin. Not that it'll do you any good to get it connected over BT

Useless. Anybody claiming this works needs to tell us what combination they have. As they say, it never happened unless it can be verified.

App doesn't sync very well. Only works sometimes. Tried all the solutions below none work

Can't sync with my galaxy note 3. Therefore i cant evem set the time. Most useless thing ever.

I have 3 other devices I tried to connect to aside from my phone and not one would work. So frustrated.
