As an employee of ICON I have the opportunity to use the Fusion everyday. The app paired with the machine makes for a great experience working out. I get a full body workout, the trainers push you to get the most out of your workout. I sweat more using the Fusion than I do running on a treadmill because I am using my whole body to perform the movements. I also enjoy the classes the app provides. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting cardio and muscle training combined.

So far having Bluetooth connectivity issues
Bluetooth hardly works. Long wait for customer support. If does not get fixed machine will be going back
I used the app and machine for 2 days. I loved it! However day 3 and the app loses Bluetooth connectivity. Can't even make it through the intro of a workout. I hope they fix it soon or this will feel like a huge waste of money.
Having issues pairing tablet & Fusion. Takes at least 45 mins to get all connected but when it does all works OK.
The worst app ever. Doesn't connect, when it does it stops, exercises are confusing, was forced to pay for this service for a year and it doesn't even work, try to call ifit and nobody answers. They tell you to learn how to connect Bluetooth but then say they have known issues and hope to fix with an update. It's been 2 mnths.
When it works it's amazing, however I have so many Bluetooth connectivity issue pairing tablet to the machine it's hard to recommend glowingly at this point. I am often faced with two of my 5 a week workouts taking twice as long just to get the thing to connect. This is a relatively New Concept machine and it doesn't appear as if the support team are fully up to speed with solving all the defects and my attempts to get through to a second level support have so far failed. I really want this machine to work that's when it does it is an amazing experience.
Wouldn't open
This app won't even open. I have tried reinstalling, but same App has stopped error. I contacted support, but so far nothing.
Having so many connectivity problems. I can usually work through such issues but this one has me deviled. Trying to work out right now and Bluetooth will not connect. So frustrating. Uninstall, reinstall. Location on off. Takes me ten minutes every day. I've gotten it to work 7 days out of 8 but at Great expense of time and peace of mind.
I'm loving the machine but I'm have real difficulty with app workouts taking way to long to connect even with full WIFI. Either fix this issue or allow to download a workout before. Once this has been directed happy to send 5 star review. Downloaded latest version same issues if not slightly worse....device is worthless without workout videos

I use the NordicTrack Fusion CST almost every day. I absolutely love the machine. The variety of workouts delivered in the app give me something new to try each time I work out. I love that the resistance changes automatically for each movement based on my level. The trainers are incredible and keep me so motivated to push myself to my limit in every workout! I am an Icon associate.
