iFit WiFi Tablet App

Support says still no hard date for app update for Bluetooth functionality. Funny how they had no problem setting a hard date for release of equipment that cannot possibly function as advertised when it was sold. A date that just happened to coincide with the time when lots of people are making new years resolutions to lose weight and exercise. Now that you have taken our money for both equipment and software how about spending a little time getting it to work?

I have the 995c, which is not on the list. No what, I paid good money for a machine that is not considered worthy of being in the chosen list? Is this how you treat your customers? Add all your WI Fi models to the list. Bad names are created not only by offering crappy products, but also by offering crappy support.

Signed up for and paid for ifit account. My new exrcise bike says ifit compatible, via bluetooth. This app is only for older models, connecting via ip address. Why release the bikes before the updated app? Jerk move. I chose this bike over others because of ifit. Will this ever be updated? Should I cancel my ifit account?

I liked your products on the wep i had plans to buy more and i did tell people about how awesome they are. Now i just tell people to stay away from iFIT. Fake product :( are you going to add more compatible products?

Worthless app unless u have a treadmill i guess. I have the tour defrance bike and only way to get maps to work is on there website. For 100 bucks a year a app would be nice.

Installed to go with the new treadmill I bought that specifically uses this app for tracking. It wants me to sign up for a monthly fee in order to use it. No where does it say, either on the treadmill nor on app info does it say we are going to rip you off to get something other apps do for free. So bogus on this app and bogus on the treadmill I just bought that specifically uses this app.

Please add compatibility for ProForm Pro 2000. In the product video on their website, it shows a tablet being used for iFit. Fix this. Awful. False advertising!

Like many others I will be uninstalling this app and asking for my money back. I don't know who I am more disappointed in iFit for not being able to develop a Bluetooth compatible app or NordicTrack for partnering with a company that can't developed a Bluetooth compatible app! I am very disappointed!

Wasted almost $100.00 on an ifit product that does not work. The treadmill said it was ifit compatible. Their customer support does not respond.

This simply doesn't work, can find my IP ', proform 1250 I work as a network admin so if I can't get bit to connect what hope for the lay person!

I just bought the new pro form hybrid with Bluetooth ifit technology and this doesn't work. I called they tell me to look for an update next year. Well they're selling the machine now saying it'll work with ifit and it doesn't.

Must have 5.0 better...also Bluetooth of 4.0 misleading information...on golds gym trainer 430i box is misleading as that the ifit app for this treadmill is for tablets only and that my smartphone being galaxy s6 wasn't compatible. Not enough info on the box. Misleading at best.

Bought brand new ifit machine but app can't connect because app not updated for ifit bluetooth connection. Machine came out in Nov 2015 app still not updated Jan 2016.

I agreed to buy this eliptical - bike hybrid with promised Google Earth real bike routes that control resistance of your workout. For little over 400 with tax. Specially for that I also purchased Samsung galaxy tab. Spend half a day to bring it to my home upstairs and assembled it. Found an app installed. And found that I have to register for 100 more. What the heck, what a rip off. I didn't agree to buy your machine for over 500 even with those functions. And now promised functions are not here. WT....

Worthless unless hou agree to $10 per month or $100 per year account. Very dishonest company that doesn`t tell you this up front they wait until you have purchased the equipment.

The app literally doesn't work at all just crashes, sort of works on my wife's iPad though. The app was 60% of the reason I bought a treadmill and module please refund my $1,200 purchase

Couldn't sync with my new Proform treadmill as advertised. Tried on 3 different devices. Support just takes you in circles.

Finally got it to conect to my treadmill now when i try to go into a work out says has stoped working feeling very disappointed fix it please

Golds gym 430i says ifit bluetooth smart enabled. But no wifi. This is wifi only.... no one explaines anything. Payed for ifit now I can't use it.

Very disappointed with ifit, does not work on Nordictrac as claimed. Can't get an answer from either.

Spent the 99$ for membership for the maps and the app does not connect to my treadmill. Waste of money and sad Nordictrack is false advertising this to work

I wonder if it is not possible to switch asap vs. a new release that included all the Nordictrack equipment. I have a very new E14.0 Ellipticall and doesn't function neverteless this equipment have a own coloured touch console with the last firmware. I wan't a money back or a new release that includes this feature

It crashes often, and will not connect to the ifit device (which, I find out after much searching, is not supported). It appears that this app is not being devoloped (still version 1.0.0 after 17 months). I'd expect better from a free app, and you are charging $100 per year! Grr.

Why are not ALL ifit compatible machines able to use the app??????? My machine is not listed and I just ordered the ifit module for it which I'll promptly be returning if the app fails to work. The module is useless without the app. You won't be able to use any of the Google maps views. Rediculous scam. For nordictrack being such a big exercise equipment company I hope they get on getting this rectified or discontinue having this feature.

I have tried using app on 2 different tablets and every time I try to load a map it crashes. What a waste of $20 on top of the cost of the membership! I would expect this from a free app but not one I paid for!!! I also bought this app to use with my ifit compatible machine (which uses the ifit module). Heck even if I could get the app to stop crashing apparently I couldn't use it because IT isn't compatible with my ifit compatible machine!! I would like a full refund please!! Disappointed and duped!

We purchased an ifit compatible treadmill specifically so we could use ifit for workouts. The module linked fine to the wireless network, but the app (both android and apple) refused to recognise the ip address of the machine, hence the app is useless. I would like a full refund please.

App does connect to the ifit module in treadmill, but invariably crashes when hitting "quickstart" or when trying to set a goal with the following error message: "Unfortunately, iFit has stopped".

Seriously, no updates since release in Feb 2014 despite the number of complaints about continuous crashing? Insulting to users.

Totally useless, frustratingly horrible. It was designed to infuriate users rather than function.

Would be AWESOME IF it worked, but like 90% of the others the app crashes whenever you click a map route...fix it and I'll change my review...

What an abysmal waste of time trying to get this to work. I wish I could sue the company for the amount of time I spent trying to connect this garbage. Nordic Track should be ashamed to be associated with this.

Took weeks to connect to the WiFi device. I finally connected and now the app keeps crashing. Calling tomorrow for a refund. You may want to read someof these reviews

The demos of this products show live streaming video from Google maps/street view. What you really get is a bunch of stale still photos (sometimes) of street view that change as you move. What a complete waste of money - iIfit has really just turned out to be nothing but a big joke.

I have a Nordic Track C900 and it has Ifit live wireless. Schedule and history work on this app because of the Ifit wireless. The other functions don't work because the IP address never seems to be the right one. I want to keep app because of partial functionality. Hope for complete functionality.
