I downloaded with the hopes that I could report a sprinkler that went off in one of their parks and now that sprinkler washes cars since too much water is comming out from it and going down to the street, as soon as I opened the app it said couldn't connect to the server no Internet connection found pls try again im like what!! I just downloaded it so yes this app is a piece of crap bad for the county since it's ignoring this water issue in this drought
