For anyone having trouble with account number... Drop the last digit.

Keeps telling me I don't have permission to access my account. It works on the web browser though. Please fix!

Recently the app does not show any info for my account and the date is stuck on 2014. Please fix this I did like the hourly usage map

Unable to type in account number

Will not accept my account number and keeps displaying error message while setting up account. Needs to be fixed!!

Will not accept legitimate account number, which makes it impossible to register. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck.

wont load consumption

App works great for me. See account balance and schedule payments. Can see outages and my usage monthly. Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had no problems from day one.

I love this company and will continue to as long as I can. But, this app is garbage. I started wondering if it were legit after the first 6 times I couldn't get it to work. I genuinely hope this app is completely revamped into something that works. I would love it.

I just downloaded the application and when I went to register, it keep saying that I haven't entered my account number

I've had this app for a month and I'm still unable to log on. It keeps telling me my account number and password are incorrect but I can log in on the website with no problem.

This is not Green Mountain Energy this is Green Mountain POWER. I downloaded it without looking at the rest of the name. So when trying to log in it was telling me invalid blah blah blah. So with a little help from just looking them up on twitter/seeing if their customer service numbers are the same I figured out they weren't.

Samsung note 4. Having issues. keeps saying enter account number, when trying to register. I entered correct account number but it appears it won't take it. Please fix so I can use the app.

not letting me sign in

After I type the account number and last 4 of phone number when registering, it still gives me an error saying I need to type account number

I would have to force a stop and then log back in every time, but it worked, kind of. Now it tells me I need update but won't download the update... I Uninstalled it and now I can't redownload it. Horrible app.

I tried signing up with this app many times. Every time I entered my account number, it kept saying enter account number! I tried entering my account number with & without the number after the dash. Still didn't work! So I tried signing in, thinking maybe I've signed up already. That didn't work so I tried forgot password 3 times! After a hour, I still haven't received an email. Great company, horrible app! Do not waste your time!

A glitch when entering account number. It won't let you register, and gives an error to enter your account number, which I did several times, and yes it was my correct account number. Frustrating.

It is the wrong app for anyone using the pre paid service from Green Mountain ENERGY. Not POWER.

Account issues

Tried to register and the app kept telling me I hadn't entered the account number, when I'd already entered it.

Works for the most part. Always logs me out when i told it not to. But the worst part is you cannot look at your physical bill. You click any of the buttons to view current, or past bills. It says it's downloading a pdf, then the pdf fails to open. Please fix this, its very much annoying!

I'm guessing this is for Vermont customers only given the comments. Would have been nice to have them mention that in the app description.
