After update, this app not getting login, this is first time I found problem in this app.. Waste of time

Last time I faced the issue on 19 December now again I am facing same problem I don't know what is happening with this app.I need to think about and need to switch to sum other banking app pls resolve this issue

Worst thing ever happen after update. Now I'm not able to login. It took years to open and still loading.

App with so much limited transactions. There is so much to upgrade compare to many other banks. Please review and upgrade it seriously to enhance digital experience.

I can't register for mobile banking, i even tried in my Laptop after finishing all steps the OTP confirmation is not accepted by your server i have photos I'll send you if you want.

This is Fareeduddeen sir I kindly request you to add RTGS option in this app there's no RTGS option please update it as soon as possible. please reply as soon as possible. Thanking You FAREEDUDDEEN

This app is not working since yesterday, unable to open and its just keeps on loading for minutes. Kindly look into the issue and fix it ASAP.

I dnt know actually what to write. Am tired of using this app. While adding payee the OTP is not generating only. Now am getting confused to keep r uninstall ???? plese fix it.

it has stopped working since months...it didn't evn respond after opening....hate this app... worst app....they shld atleast respond to the customer...which dey dont do....

Very worst bank ever,, no proper customer care services.. If we call to customer care number they make wait 15-20 mins nd finally the call Will cut

Worst app. Banking services also poor. For login it takes long time. I'm logging from last few months still it's not opening. It has also problem with latest Android mobile I'm using Nokia 3 others banking apps fast logging but this app is not listed in my opinion.

"New Registration" Option is just name sake. You can not register through that feature. There are 3 steps, 3rd step is to verify OPT recieved on mobile. Here it doesn't verify at all. 3rd step is the dead end for registration. This newly added feature is useless. "New Registration" option doesn't work. Fix it.

This is world worst bank ... I tried to add payee in Mobile banking but still it shows from 3 days I'm not getting otp and when i call this worst bank coustmer care 1st they received my call after 15mins then directly they said try again and again you will get and then forcly disconnected the call seriously i request to all never ever use this bank they are worst and cheap in service and way of talking I wish i could give u 0 zero star Request to government of india Discontinued this bank forever Worst team Karnataka bank

Self registeration of mobile banking through this app have some problem i.e while captche of the password entered correctly then also shows error kindly fix it as soon as possible

Worst Customer Care service and above 1000 we do Transcition means it will charge 5.90 it's really pathetic

unable to add beneficiary through this app as otp will never be received by your registered number! and bigger problem is ,it doesn't add registered payees automatically whom you added through Karnataka bank netbanking website!!

Well , I tried to register for netbanking by clicking on 'New Registration' but it's not allowing me to create mpin though all the card details are absolutely fine. Everytime we can't goto bank for registration .

But it doesn't show all relationships with Karnataka Bank, my FDs, RDs don't show here or even in the m-passbook app, pls combine both the app and make single app so that all my relationships with the bank show up in a single app

I Think you should improve the security of the application it gets loggedin in two mobile at a time please do check that and i think design of the app inside is not attractive and not so good u can improve the security and design even better

The app says "user not registered" after reinstating the app. The reinstalling was needed as I had factory reset my android device. Also tried "New Registration" link, but this seems to be for new users as I get "already registered" message. The login works on other devices which already has this app. Seems like a bug in the app login logic.

In this app, new registration for mpin needed my atm card number and its pin so how could i trust it bcoz all bank wont ask atm card num and its pin num
