Wish I read the reviews before updating :( previous version worked fine, this one won't even let me log in. I make my monthly payments on the app, guess I should have done it before updating. Not impressed....

Used to work but update fails now. Probably needs updating again to allow for Android Oreo, which is the only thing that has changed on my phone other than the app update. Update, back to 5 stars, latest update has it working on Oreo. Thanks to the team for letting me know and quickly updating.

Rubbish. Worked on my phone and tablet, now crashes and can't even login. Why try and update something that was working? Used to be easy to view my balance and make payments, now I have to go online and remember 20 million passwords. Not impressed!

Worked brilliantly with fingerprint login up to a few days ago but now all I get is a redirection to site claiming I have had problems with the app so can no longer use it. Uninstalled and reinstalled with the same irritating results

13/9/17 update - still can't even log in any more. Android 5.1. Time to dump the card, it's pretty poor anyway.

Cannot login, called up over three times to try and resolve the issue but apparently it's the app. How stupid!!

Screw you and your perceived right to dictate to me whether I can have my phone rooted or not, that is my choice and your ignorant if you think you either have that right to do so or that it affects your app in anyway. But apparently you believe people should not have rights. I regret taking out a card with you on this basis alone

Use to be able to use the app to pay my monthly payments however I can't any more. Won't even log in and just the same as the other reviews, I get redirected. Really frustrating as I often log on to check balance and make payments etc

STILL no pending transactions. This is truly pathetic. I was told the updated app or website would show me pending transactions so I can better secure my self and watch for things that are scheduled to happen, like me seeing payments have been identified (even if not fully gone through) or a payment I made somewhere (or perhaps from fraud) that has not gone fully through yet. This is terrible service. The only reason I continue to use Vanquis is the higher limit I have, else I would have switched to my other card from a different company that shows me pending transactions and clears my card payments quicker.

Omg do not upgrade the app. Just does not work. Can't register, either hangs after verification code, your date of birth. .or just when it feels like it. Can't complete the registration

Not impressed that an update broke the app. But I am impressed they released an update fairly quickly that fixed it again. Thanks for making an easy and intuitive app.

Very annoying I can't use it on the custom ROM on my phone. Yes it's rooted but it also has the very latest security patch. The stock ROM on my G6 was only on July. I'd suggest that would be more of a security risk than my phone being rooted.

If your phone is rooted it no longer works for this app, apparently it's because of the security policy, you know in case somebody finds your phone and decides to pay off your balance. Also for anyone who liked to simply take a screen shot of their payment conformation screen as evidence of payment, time and date etc. you can't do that either because of the same amended security policy. I'm all for added security especially where my money is concerned but I really don't see the point of these new changes. There will be a considerable amount of customers unable to enjoy the convenience of using this app on the go because of my first point above. People who have rooted phones are generally more tech savvy than your average smartphone user and most probably have a far superior security protocol running on their device. And the second point I made above, I just don't see how that would effect the integrity of the security system as there is nothing to see other than the fact you had paid money into your account...no passwords D.O.B. etc. Other than that the apps UI is a lot fresher with added info. Maybe if a conformation email was generated and sent to your account as proof of payment I would give 5 stars.

Still no update to fix everyone's problems - Latest update broke app - used to work perfectly fine but the 7th September update has broke the app and 13th September update still hasn't fixed it- Just takes you to an error website It's clear by the reviews that whatever you changed in the app from that update date has broken the app for many users - I suggest reverting back to the pre 7th September version & start again

Since my samsung galaxy 6 update i can no longer make a payment directly from the app so i uninstalled and reinstalled it still the same issue.Not good at all whats the point of keeping it when i cannot pay my balance off

App says I can't use it because I had difficulty logging in. I didn't. Also says because I'm using Oreo I can't use it. I'm not on Oreo.

Used to work absolutely fine, 5*, but since the update I need to register my card every time I enter the app as it isn't storing my card details. So it takes about 5 minutes every time just to log in.

Plz help. When i put my date of birthday in it says invalid. Cant use this app. Would have liked it.

Using Android 8.0 (Oreo), there is an issue which means i am currently unable to use the app.

Doesn't let me login like many other ppl. Luckily I use Aptoide Backup so reinstalled v6 and all aok. COME ON VANQUIS!

Well updated. It worked for2hrs and crashed again and I am not on a rooted or jail broken phone I don't want to login online on a pc to sort payments out..not even on the oreo update :(

Brilliant app the only problem is I used to pay my credit card on the app but when I tired a few days ago it wouldn't let me.

Not working the old app was better,so disappointed

Sick of this app. Works for a short while then crashes.

Just updated the app and now I can't log in... it isn't sending me a text message to verify my mobile. I've tried four times now.

Cannot link my card. Pointless app.

This app won't even open,the 1 before worked perfectly and now can't even pay online terrible

Was pretty good. .the update was nice..I'm not the best at managing my money and this was really helping. . Worked Sunday... stopped working this morning sending me to an error page in my browser. I'm on Marshmallow. Having to phone all the time takes the piss now
