Integrated Dealer Systems is proud to introduce a mobile app that will allow your service writer, technicians, salespeople, and parts department to perform key daily tasks from anywhere in your dealership.
Fast & Easy Unit Check-in:
• Conduct a 360 degree walk around of the unit with a customer, add jobs using the voice to text feature, and take pictures to properly document any customer wants, needs, questions or concerns.
• Offer customers additional service opportunities while you inspect the unit.
• Eliminate paperwork and speed up the customer experience by collecting your customer’s signature without returning to the service desk.

Not sure still learning and working bugs out don't like if someone has work order locks me out and I have to run around looking to see who has it up

Have to login every time I open the app even if I didn't log out. App gets hung up a lot. If someone else has a job I can not close out or edit the job I am on, I also can not see who has that job open to go and ask them to close down their screen so I can finish my part of the job.

Then you have to back up several steps and repeat for the next job. 3) cannot create Parts Purchase order from app. 4) no scanner integrated into parts tab. 5) can't create new part number & price

In the process of testing now. Attempting to transition to tech training with tablet. Setup is a bit tricky, but very much worth it! Keep up the good work! Just needs a few minor user interface items updated and a little facelift to truly become a great app!

This will not load onto the Samsung Note 3. Have tried several times.

User interface is small, ugly, and unintuitive. 1) still cannot add /create a work order with the "+" button. 2) takes too many steps to add a picture to a job. 3) takes 10-15 seconds for the picture to be saved. 4) then you have to back up several steps and repeat for the next job. 5) pressing the service tab should automatically bring you to a search option. You have to wait until it loads all work orders to do this now... Very slow from too many steps as a whole.

Crash on App open with 5.01.

Finally fixed the picture taking and storing process! Very smooth now! 1) still cannot add /create a work order with the "+" button. 2) cannot create Parts Purchase order from app. 3) no scanner integrated into parts tab. 4) can't create new part number & price.
