Yes it's 100% fraud start up. they simply say booking is confirmed but the hotel never receive money from this. useless startup. All means they closed their business after looting money from customs. They don't even refund our money back. Please don't dare to use this app any more. They even closed their customer service number and still accepting the bookings on the app. Playstore should remove this app from the store

Its a fraud app. They dont release payment to hotels and no phones reachable for any of their executives or customer care. So if you book, you will be screwed for sure.

I booked 2 rooms with my check in check out date and time details and paid the complete amount in advance even then hotel didn't know anything about it. They even asked extra amount and compelled us to pay more. Rooms conditions were pathetic. Hotel staff was rude. I complained to room tonite customer care they asked to wait and never call back.They asked us to pay extra amount to hotel saying it is hotel's fault. Hotel guys blamed it on the room tonite guys for the problem.They ruined my visit.

They cancelled booking even after confirming with them the availability before. They still list the property although the property is full.

Just got to love the deals. Good initiative.

You will only get what is left over. They cancelled my booking twice after sending me the booking bills. Have to cancel my vacation because of this. If you book for 2 days, you can stay for one day. Jobless people eating our time.

Usefull app

I'm boom room and sad hotel management local ID are not allowed to stay in the same city..and thier is no option to cancel the room..my money or time both are waiste on thiz side...going to consumer court bcz ur not return money Nd nothing to help the consumer fraud people

My booking ID was : RT114142 It is worst hotel booking app. I tried this app for first time & booked room using it & after I reached at hotel they told me that the rooms are not available in hotel so we have to cancel your booking and we will refund your money, This is how their system works, so it is better to stick with Goibibo for hotel bookings.

I had a booking but after reaching hotel came to know rooms are not available but thank you guys u get me room to some other property which was better n costlier than previous one without charging me anything.

Worst hotel.booking app. Booked a hotel 1 day prior to coming to the destination. They confirmed the booking and when i went to hotel , hotel guy told me that the hotel is full. Roomstonite even didnt took the initiative to find a new property fr me . Worst exp. And this is nt the first time i had faced this situation , Last time when i was in goa same situation was repeated . Will warn you guys to comfirm.if you book any hotel through this app.

I have booked a hotel in vizag but when i got there the hotel person said that booking is transferred to other hotel ... the room wasnt clean , no proper ac remote , no proer lock , there is no feedback link in app

This was really a bad experience I have booked a room from this app booking no 95137 and they have given me the booking confirmation but wen I checked up with hotel there was no room with my name .now I don't have any other option.my Frnd has recommended me this app but I will not recommend to anyone.It is my first booking with them and disappointed .

Doesn't work at all

They cancelled the room at last minute and told me to go different hotel ,when I reached the hotel no booking was in my name,they are doing fraud with customer.they did not respond me at that time and after 10th call they are telling that they are doing booking for me ,the current situation was at 9 PM never trust this app . I request you to transfer 5 time booked amount to me or to face litigation in consumer court.
