Advanced EX is a plugin for Torque Pro, extending the PID/Sensor list with more than 10 specific parameters from NISSAN vehicles, including:

Advanced EX requires the latest version of Torque Pro installed in order to function. This is *NOT* a standalone application and will *NOT* work without Torque Pro.
Plugin Installation
-------------------------
1) After purchasing the plugin on Google Play, make sure that you see the plugin listed on your Android device installed applications list.
2) Launch Torque Pro and click on the "Advanced EX" icon
3) Select the appropriate engine type and return to Torque Pro main screen
4) Go to Torque Pro "Settings"
5) Make sure that you can see the plugin listed also on Torque Pro by clicking "Settings" > "Plugins"> "Installed Plugins".
6) Scroll down to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors"
7) Usually this screen will not display any entries, unless you have added any pre-defined or custom PIDs in the past.
8) From the menu, choose "Add predefined set"
9) If your license is validated on Google Play you should see an entry for your engine. You may see predefined sets for other engine types, so make sure you pick the right one. If you don't see anything, probably you have an installation problem or validation error on Google Play. In this case, go back and repeat the installation procedure.
10) After clicking on the entry from the previous step, you should see several entries added to the Extra PIDs/Sensors list.
Note: Some sensors will be calculated real-time based on others. Make sure that you keep all sensors to avoid calculation errors.
Adding Displays
------------------------
1) After adding the additional sensors, go to the Realtime Information/Dashboard.
2) Press the menu key and then click on "Add Display"
3) Select the appropriate display type
4) Select the appropriate sensor from the list. Sensors provided by Advanced EX begins with "[NADV]" and should be listed right after the time sensors in the top of the list.

I am not sure why this does not work. I have Torque Pro connected and working with the default PIDS- MAF O2 B1/B2 sensors LTFT STFT etc. I added this plug in and it does not show selected vehicle / engine type when attempting to add per-defined PIDs. I uninstalled and re-installed as suggested with no luck. Can I get a refund or support? 2003 Nissan Murano AWD with BAFX OBDII reader

Just downloaded this update. Didn't work until I deleted all the PIDs and re-added the set, shut down torque then restarted. Everything working except fuel level temaining. Finally. Thank you

This app claims to work with the newer Nissan Xterra, but my experience agrees with other reviewers that this is not the case. The vehicle is listed in the settings for this plugin, but none of the added sensors actually work. Don't waste your time if you have an Xterra.

Found my engine VQ35DE on the car list. This seems to be a good start. Will find out how it will help me diagnose the P0455 and P1448 faults. No such luck so far. Neither of the 2 evap Pid's shows up on Torque Pro

I've used this on 05 pathfinder, 06 Murano, and 01 pathfinder. Was only able to get a couple more sensors than what Torque already had while using on Murano. According to the app, the 05 Pathy is supported, this didn't add a single pid that would work. And 01 pathfinder has same engine as Murano, some Altimas and Maximas which are supported as well, but it didn't work. I understand that 01 Path isn't supported, but the other two are, pretty useless in my case. Dev needs to work on pids that actually work.

I've been trying to get the Altima 2.5 (QR25DE) PIDs to show any values - so far, nothing. I've added the custom PIDs as the instructions say, and emailed Rene several times, but no response. Is there a new update coming that will get my PIDs to show?

I followed the instructions exactly, but when I use the PIDs to check MAF sensor voltage or flow rate, nothing shows on the dial... I'll give this app a good rating when it works.
