SolidSync Network/Bluetooth GPS turns your Android-powered mobile phone into a Bluetooth GPS receiver using the Android GPS and Bluetooth systems.
It creates a Bluetooth serial port and then sends GPS NMEA data to any compatible Bluetooth-enabled or network enabled device: this could be a laptop or desktop computer, or even another phone!

Cant get it to work. Keeps force closing and locking phone up. Bought it 6min ago. Went to request refund, and refund tab is gone in market. Hopefully developer will respond and refund. Poor luck in past with refund, so i doubt i get anywhere. Will see.....

Never worked for me. Other free solutions worked perfectly. Search for sharegps and avoid paying for something that doesn't work.

Does EXACTLY what I needed. I lost my Holux GPS reciever and figured my phone HAS to be able to replace it. It does. Evo, using w carputer n iNav.

Perfect companion with BT Stack on Ipad! Now I have a working accurate GPS on my Wi-FI only Ipad.

Setup was a snap as advertised, but upon stopping the program my Droid Incredible freezes within an hour and requires a battery pull. I have used it three times over a four week period and it happened every time within an hour of ending the application. I waited a few weeks for the developer to respond before posting this review. I hope the bug can fixed in a future revision, but I can't use the app as it is.

Love this app...i use it with my ipad while flying in my plane to show terrain awareness. Ipad seem to have the best aviation apps.

This is a beast to get going but once you got it its great. EVO plus ipad wifi only works great. You have to use BTstack GPS on your jailbroken ipad.

A slight pain to configure with an XP laptop (keep refreshing, look for the serial port service), but once sync'd up works great!

It is simple and functional. It could have more visual features like NMEA sentence view. However, one thing I would like to ask. Could you please add something that provides ZDA sentences with UTC time and date. I am not sure if my not seeing ZDA sentences is due to my particular devices( I tried 3) or not, but I really need them.
