Pocket

This is a wonderful app. Transfering and saving articles from any source is very easy: just go to "Share" and then select "Pocket". The text of the article appears without extrenuous sidebars, but you can also go back to the original, full layout. It is improved regularly with new functions. The multiple tags and search are very helpful. For a long time, I had been looking for a way to save easily articles of interest. I have been using it for 3 years, many times a day, with total satisfaction.

I love the usefulness of this apps offline storage of webpages, but it insists on reopening itself. I've hibernated it repeatedly using different apps aswell as androids own optimization. Less than a minute later it's open again in the back ground. I can't help but be suspicious of this. Why must it remain open? Sadly I'm unistalling. I like the app but haven't had this issue with any other. Believe me I will be spreading the word. Please fix

Pocket is clean, fast, free, feature-rich, and cross-platform with first-class Android support. I like and use it so much that I choose to pay for Pocket Premium, but these bonus features aren't critical, and the free service is not crippled or limited at all. Now with article highlighting, Pocket is the full package. I've used the the competitors, but Pocket works best. Export to Kindle can be done via free 3rd party tools. Pocket's built-in article sharing is a great feature, especially if your friends are also Pocket users.

Tags in non-standard characters are supported, but not working! I used to tag saved articles with tags in my language (gr character set). Today I wanted to find an article. Tags and articles were there in my language, but selecting them was fetching 0 results! This is a major issue as it makes the app useless to me. Please fix it ASAP. Ps. English tags are working ok!

"Reading" my simplified Chinese articles speaks nonsense words!! It's set to traditional Chinese in the option and cannot be changed!! (Android 8.1)

Who could have thought such a useful app could exist. It's life lessons and habit forming and so much other stuff right in your "Pocket"

First of all, thanks for the updates that now highlighter and backround play are available. It's a helpful app for me since my old ways of saving articles are bookmarks, save for offline reading and sending the links to myself but thank God, Pocket came into my life! xD (hyperbole mode). It's a good app. But I hope groupings of the articles would be available too. For example, you can create a folder and name them and save there certain articles of common kind.

This app is awesome, exactly what I need, bookmarks never really made sense cause I never seem to always find the page I bookmarked but this revolutionary app has changed everything. I although have some suggestion, please make a plugin for pocket that works with other web browsers, secondly make this a desktop app because the biggest benefits this gives me is the ability to read an article or webpage without distractions (web browsers can distracting mehn!) and lastly please make Mozilla Firefox with pocket available for mobile, this awesome browser is already my default browser on my windows 10 laptop and I need it on mobile so I can indefinitely uninstall chrome! Awesome work guys!!!

Absolutely love this app. Use it daily, but it could have badge counts so we know there's stories to read, like the iOS app does.

Didn't work. Told me there was a issue with cookies on Safari. I installed it on Android from the Google Play store, I'm not using safari!??

Great app other than the fact that you can't turn off the downloading of articles for offline use, you can only set a limit of 200mb downloaded and even when i clear the files it starts downloading them again without asking....one of the dumbest features of all time in an otherwise solid app

You add highlight instead of copy, it is bad idea! I can't read articles, because I use Google Translate, which translate from copy buffer! Now reading is inconvenient!

Pocket wont stop speaking after end a topic

After update, zooming of images stopped working and doesn't retain zoom size ????

Finally highlighting is introduced. Still waiting for estimated reading time feature and count of unread of articles.

Keeps crashing since Android Oreo update. Useless.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting in the highlight feature. I do a morning radio show and read approximately 30 to 40 stories everyday. I transfer these stories to pocket and now with highlight I will be able to pull up the most important points of the story.

I love Pocket, it collates my articles for later review/reading and sends to my Kobo ereader for reading at my leisure.

I adore Pocket. I think it's the most useful software on the internet and I've been using it since it came out. For someone like me who reads an enormous amount, it's indispensable.

Pocket is the most important app of my everyday life.

I would like to see top bar's behaviour as in Google Chrome
