App does not work on phone or tablet with my Sanctuary 3 sauna.

Would be a nice feature for our sauna, which is in our basement but it just doesn't work. Tried app on smartphone and tablet with no luck. Update: After going to Clearlight's website and reviewing the features on all 3 sauna models, I found out that the apps only work with the Sanctuary models. This information should have been stated before downloading.
