I wish you could preview what the paid gym workouts are though, I may purchase the full version. I just wound up putting in another workout I found online. Also, if you could go back and change what you did in the work out, I couldn't complete my last few pull-ups in my set and wasn't able to change that. Thanks
It is very easy to use and i like the method too. Helps a lot for the beginner to start and learn the 5x5 strong lifts. The only thing I missing is the dark theme which would reduce the power consumption a lot. I suggest to make the white->black, black->white and leave the red things as it's. You can put a checkbox in the settings to make it optional.
Just a week in and already feel strong lifts granted I added a little more weight then what it told me I should. I go based off what my body tells me is a good starting weight. For example it starts you off just the 45Ib bar for starters, so I just at between 10-15 pounds more for a little extra challenge but not doing so to kill myself.
This app offers so many different types of workouts targeting specific areas. It has some things I've not seen on any other Fitness/Gym app!!! I'm loving it so far!! I've been using it everyday at the gym! Clear, concise and easy to understand videos and instructions!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!
I love this app.. haven't been to gym for years so this helps me get back on track.... Just wish u could make some sort of program... And keep ur progress on it... So I don't have to take a little book with me...
The interface is clean and efficient. The strong lifts app has all the features for a 5x5 workout tracker. It has videos for tutoring and coaching, a workout tracking tool, and progress charts for motivation. The downside is the constant nagging to sync, etc.
Love this app. Alerts me to drink water in regular intervals, add veggies to my plate and so much...if u really want to lose weight and need a push to start....this is apt app...
Would be awesome if they could incorporate little rewards for completing strong lifts workouts like unlocking themes if you get the full reps. After getting certain amount of points. Would be a little hard since anyone could lie about it but i wouldnt and would enjoy a little something to encourage me.
My personal trainer left and i felt a bit lost. I downloaded this app and i was able to create a workout and follow it with the pictures and video. Stopped me from quiting gym
I've lost 10 pounds so far it keeps you motivated to drink water , eat your meals sand take progression photos
To be honest, me and my friend used it just to fool around. But if you need to loose weight this app seems quite unusual but perfect. Take take the time to test it out.

Such an amazing app. This app seriously changed the way I think, feel, and act around the gym. Try this. You won't be disappointed. (and the customer service is on point too) One suggestion would be add a spot to record weight and measurements and this would be my go to app! Great work Fitness22
Its neat how it pops up and makes you work out plus I enjoy how it has videos and a timer and 20 mins really gets u going for the day.
I use this app to help rebuild lost muscle from not working out due to injury and it works great starting out with low weights and working up to truly rebuild.
Great strong lifts app, it so easy to use and it keeps your mind on the workout. As for the workout, it starts of easy but it doesn't stay that way, session by session the weight slowly increases, but if you go 3 times a week that's a 7.5Kg increase a week. Before you know it you are pushing well past your personal best.
This is about as simple as it gets for a workout log, super easy to use. This 5x5 method is definitely the change I've been looking for. I'm doing abs/yoga on the days between, fat is melting and muscle is growing like I'm new to this.
The 5x5 app makes tracking your progress insanely easy. The program itself is simple but effective, and is helpful for the lifter who can't spend a lot of time at the strong lifts gym.

This app is well designed and thought out, free features are critical to doing the workout and the paid version is well benefitted to streamline the planning process of the strong lifts workout.
This strong lifts app motivated me to keep with the workout program, it is incredibly easy to use and it even tells you weight sizes so you don't have to add math to your workout. I am glad to have this app.

I love this app if you are not able to keep up with things you can set reminders and get tips and even form new eating habits you really should give it a try

I love this app. I lost 1.2 pounds in two weeks. And it gives you challenges where you can dress your avatar. I absolutely love it.
Just wish you could set workouts to reps and sets as opposed to every excersise being timed.
Love to use the app. My busy life does not allow me to join a gym but this app gives me variable ways to workout during my down time.

Really useful. I LOVE the reminders and the tips are amazing I was actually able to lose weight. I lost more than 1 kg you just need to stick to it :)
