Çok yoğun çalışmalarından dolayı, hazır beton sektöründe görev yapan operatif personelin ve özellikle pompa operatörlerinin sınıf eğitimlerine katılacak zamanları çok sınırlı ya da hiç yok. Ancak şimdi neredeyse herkeste akıllı telefon var ve iş başında bile olunsa her an cep telefonları kullanılabiliyor.

Dijital teknolojiler giderek yaygınlaşıyor ve bizde bu imkanı, özellikle operatörler için bilgileri cep telefonlarına getirerek eğitimi kolaylaştırmak istedik. Her gün, sıkmadan ve zorlamadan sınırlı ve belirli bilgiler cep telefonlarına aktarılarak rahat ve kolay bir eğitim için, öncelikle tüm pompa operatörlerinin sanal okulumuza kayıt olmasını bekliyoruz.

Elli kişilik gruplar halinde organize edilecek eğitimler, dört ila altı hafta devam edecek ve bu süre içinde bir gün fabrikada uygulamalı eğitim verilerek program tamamlanacaktır. Sanal eğitim sonunda yapılacak yine sanal sınav ile başarılı olanlara ayrıca sertifika verilecektir.
