Super Backup Pro: SMS&Contacts

This application goes above and beyond- apps, SMS, contacts, bookmarks etc. No other app has this functionality! I like the ability to send backups to the cloud, limit the backup versions and also delete after uploading. The one thing I'd love improved is the UI. Affects nothing, but that'd be good.

I bought this app because it uploads to google drive automatically however after update November 2016 it has not. Very annoying especially when I have a new phone and want to do a restore. I paid for this app when there are free apps that work better. Fix...

After Nov 2016 update the program won't connect to my Google Drive for backups either manually trying to do a backup or regular schedule. How do I roll back versions to get the program that I paid for? Ridiculous.

• *Doesn't* allow *automatic* export of play store app *link list* (the main thing I wanted/expected from this app). • Only exports to one format each time - .XML. Even a human readable plaintext .TXT format or .XLS would be a good addition, as long as you can export multiple formats each time. • Support never responded to my email questions. • Doesn't support calls past 500 like other call history exporters/managers (would require monitoring it). • Multiple computers can't use pro version (I know because I bought it). • Doesn't back up license to your phone or Google account, like good apps do (you'll need to pay again if you uninstall pro version). • Automatic backup/export intervals are only in DAILY increments (ex: can't automatically backup anything twice a day, even in pro version). • "Boost phone" feature is dumb. Everyone knows you can't actually boost performance since it's determined by hardware capability (only clutter affecting performance). Analogy: just claim you can make my camera see at night but activating the flash - same concept, but is a myth. The developer needs to do some work on this app or it's going to sink and something better will replace it, but at least little things can make it more innovative/current.

Great backup tool & fast! Used free version for awhile then decided it works great so help developers out & purchase pro version! Great app & very easy setup!

Licence not working this morning. Permissions had to be reset.

Couldn't use this to backup to my SD card for several versions - since 1.8 but started working again for the most part. Still doesn't do automatic backups like the old versions (claims it should, it's set to do it, but they don't happen) but that's just a matter of remembering to do them manually. It'd really be nice if it could make automatic backups again. HINT-HINT! Started out as a great tool in the early versions but they just HAD to keep messing with it...

This doesn't seem to work on LG phones anymore. It'll back up an app .apk, but none of the app's data, even with root. It still works with other brands, but not LG (tried on two different LG models).

There is no option to disable backing up of apks. I use another backup app and do not want this creating unnecessary backups of apks. For all other backups it is efficient.

Pls Pls-- add "IMAGE-BACKUP" ,atleast for pro version..it makes sense An App which deserves to be purchased and extensive usage...Superb-its straight,easy,restores content successfully

Started getting license check failures. Had to uninstall and reinstall to fix it, and lost all of my settings as a result. Lame!

Google drive does not work Connection failed when trying to upload. Have removed the google acct and added it and still nothing

It no longer works in my LG G3 phone. Cannot make new backups, cannot delete old backups...March 2017

Great backup app. Can backup all but the apps to any cloud drive. No point backing up apps that keep updating anyway.

The app functions better than titanium backup and the restored apps function well even after changing ROMs. It just works

A light app for contacts and sms restore/backup. Everybody should have use this app.

My prior negative review to this app is gone, so I'll try again. The in-app purchase did not remove all ads (and caused a hack alert from Google on my acct). Once refunded, I paid for this pro version in the app store. Looks great, works well, but it's slower than many similar apps to load my app list. This is the only (non-root) app I could find that banks up to external SD. MANY claim to do so, but don't. I'm only backing up & restoring APK s at this time, but it's working described.

Hi Team, I am premium customer who is facing issues with the app currently. The issue is that the app has stopped working in uploading the files to google drive. I have dropped a feedback email as well. Kindly provide a resolution for the same

Really came in handy when my Galaxy Note 4 totally crashed. Installed app on new Galaxy S7 (price a bummer) and easily recovered my text messages, and phone logs. Google had my photos, and calendar ready to restore. Be sure to setup auto backup.

This product is far beyond the description it gives itself, I had to do a factory restart on my phone and it totally recovered for me and all I did is let it do its job. And I'm handicapped veteran and it was a pleasure to work with this product to my Dr 5 hours of restore my phone the longest part was me having some of the applications that had to restart and stuff but the data is what I care about and it was all there pictures contacts you name it so I appreciate the product and the programmers.

Google cloud stopped working all of a sudden. No response from support. Removing 3 stars till fixed..

Was good. Until recently, unable to set path to SD Card for backup. It always jump back to default path on the phone memory.

automatic backup of apps to google drive is simply not working ant it is not integrated with any other cloud service like dropbox

I keep getting License is not installed, although I bought this app. Keeps sending me to Play or exit. Please fix it!!

try backing up contacts says my sd card not available. try backing sms conversations says sd card not available! worked with previous version! please fix!

why cant i see or view the backup folders from the Google drive app?  regardless of how google drive app is set to sort, the folders do not appear,   are they hidden somehow?
