First time using it, all went well until the key had to be picked up. The shop was not open at the times it was supposed to, forcing the pick up to wait 2 hours in the cold outside. Since it relies on the responsibility of the people owning the shops, better to always confirm with the shop where you are dropping off that they will be open for pick up.
