ICS App ABN AMRO Card-houders

Review - travel abroad and the app requires re-activation which it can not do as it is already activated. Runs in a loop - uninstall does not help. Junk!

Activating loop problem. Have been unable to login for months, because it says this phone is already activated.

It would be nice to have it in English. Come on, it's not so big deal !

First of all there is no language change, so even if you have card, but don't know Dutch, you screwed... Second, it asks for my address and not accepting non-Netherlands address, although I have it officially registered and it works online. Why not let login with login details like it's done in website?

Cant use the app anymore after using it for years. Need it to do creditcard payment online. Spent nearly 1 hr calling help desk with no result. Really annoying! Still back to square one.

Wanneer meer dan 1 credit card is toegevoegd, is het niet meer mogelijk om in te loggen op beide kaarten. De gehele app moet dan eerst worden ge herinstalleerd voordat het weer werkt. Is nu al een lange tijd zo.

This is the worst app I have on my phone. Impossible to authenticate as the email never arrives. How am I supposed to provide an ecode when making payments????

Helaas is deze app nodig om codes te genereren. De aangevraagde activatiecodes laten zolang op zich wachten dat de app allang gecrashed is of dat er inmiddels nieuwe activatiecodes zijn aangevraagd waardoor de oude activatiecodes ongeldig zijn geworden. Frustrerend.

Does not like foreigners English language is not supported.

Otp codes for activation come after one hour and after activating if i close this app it requires to activate again

The 'extra cardholder' is now blocked from seeing all transactions on the account. Can you believe that? Also helpfile is chaos, useless and consists incorrect information. En met Anroidtoestel kan geen screenshot gemaakt worden, met iphone wel. Superwaardeloze app, helaas geen alternatief...

And now we also need a ecode! I already have a pin code, securecode, login code, password, and the frigging codes on the card itself! And the ecode wizard doesn't complete! EDIT: finally got an email three hours after starting the wizard, which gave me another code to feed to the app. Unfortunately, this code is only valid for an hour, so it's already invalid!

Crashes when I try to activate. Arghhhhh! Developers need to look into this problem. Edit: 3 months later and still can't activate. Some help would be appreciated. Edit2: 8 months later... Finally I've been able to activate the app. Now it's working perfectly fine. Thanks!

Installatie is zo gebeurd, maar dan begint het drama. Het registreren. Dit gebeurt door middel van een code welke 'at random' tijdstippen worden verstuurd en slechts één uur geldig zijn. Omdat je nooit kunt weten wanneer deze Mail aan komt, gebeurt het dat je deze te laat opmerkt, en dus het uur versteken is, en je dus helemaal niets meer kan met de verstrekte code. Met opnieuw aanvragen begint dit zielige spelletje weer opnieuw.

Wellicht al vast goed om te weten, de app werkt niet vlekkeloos met Android N, Android N is nog in beta, maar toch. De laatste update van deze app is van november 2015. Dan is het wel tijd voor een update. In Android N houdt de app de inloggegevens niet vast.

In een keer goed

Als zelfs zoiets simpels als een postcode al niet lukt... 4 cijfers gaat prima, maar letters schijnt heel moeilijk te zijn. Zodra ik een letter in wil voeren verdwijnen de cijfers weer. Erg irritant. Heb de app al maanden niet kunnen gebruiken.... Zorg voor een oplossing

It is an amazingly useful application with the only problem the activation process. So, i decided to give it another try. Just (re)install (if needed) give your credentials and WAIT (up to five minutes) for your activation code in your e-mail address; and it's done! If you make the mistake and request multiple activation codes, you will never receive them. Just uninstall and repeat the process from the start.

Simply innovative! Safe! Easy!
