iCore Communicator for Phones for Android
It works. The UI needs some work. Answering calls is counterintuitive with the slide system. It looks like I should be able to just tap to answer but you have to slide. Bring up the keypad also causing some problems for options like mic muting and speakerphone.
Even after an update free services still yield much better results and companies a fraction of the size like grasshopper are leaps and bounds better. For a call based organization of this magnitude, its embarrassing that the soft phone is this terrible. Not only for I core, but more so for the professionals who should be able to rely on it.... Avoid, at all costs. From 2 stars, down to 1 after some extensive... Attempts at usage, usage would be a serious over statement.
I use this on my cell and my desktop and the call quality sucks both ways. Convenience is the one perk
Poor call quality at times.
Drops calls a lot, freezes up..
The service is choppy and the call quality fluctuates.
Freezes,
They don't know what they're doing.
