The app works maybe 10 percent of the time ....I shouldn't have to restart my phone for this app to work

Without a doubt the worst customer service on the planet earth! On hold, transfers, hold some more, then they act confused and try to confuse you back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It's worth the little bit more I pay for Comcast and their C rated customer service.

Their fiber internet service is embarrassingly slow for fiber optic internet. Other companies that offer fiber have ten times the download speed and 100 times slower upload speeds for $5 more a month. CenturyLink's fiber isn't even faster than cable!

I'm so upset with this company is no joke, they are so unprofessional, u have to wait about an hour to talk with someone and then get transfer to another department n then another, is like every question u have another person have to answer so Fed Up With you century link.

Hated system! They asked me to signed contracts without see the equipment. Only three days to cancelled and tech person shows up 2 weeks later and setup equipment in my home I wasn't satisfy with their junk equipments and wanted cancelled and end up paying 2500.00 dollar for equipment and break contracts. I'm so freaking p issued! !

I've been using this service for two months now and I'm going to switch to whatever company gives me real Internet service everyday, especially during the nights, for what I pay.

They'll send out a router you told them not to, then charge you shipping... you'll pay for 40MB and be lucky to get 10MB... and they'll provide a lame app that you cannot log into. How does a co. with service this BAD get a name on a stadium? By skrueing people! Zero stars.

I Installed this app 4 times and it would never let me get past the username and password.. It kept telling me that both were incorrect when I know they both were correct. So don't waste your time downloading this app because it sucks.. Why offer a app if they know it's no good... Just a waste of my time and my advice to others don't waste yours. I give it a 0 star rating !!

Worked fine until latest update. Now I can't view the security footage. It says its buffering and then I get a blank screen. Please fix this.

I just got off the phone after talking to seven different people to finally find somebody that could tell me they have discontinued this app and have no date of when they think they will have it running again . it's really too bad because I like the capability of being able to forward the phone without being at the house and being able to check voicemail. CenturyLink get off your butt.

THEIR INTERNET ACCESS IS A TENTH THE SPEED THEY CLAIM IT TO BE AND BLAME IT ON CUSTOMER WHEN EVERYTHING IS NEW. I RECOMMEND CALLING THEM TO FIX YOUR PHONE SERVICE IF YOU ARE MAD AT THEM. OR NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH THEM.THEY HAVE TO FIX IT IN 24 HOURS OR THEY GET FINED 2500$ A DAY BY THE CORPORATION COMMISSION . Your techs are retarded and lazy your customer service is useless and won't assist I've had to return 4 new computers because you guys won't assist me after I paid for services I won't ever use your garbage service again all I wanted was assistance so I hope u all rott in hell at centerylink.
