NextGen Home Security for Android
Used to work. Now it is garbage. Have to log in about 10 times before I can actually log in.
Before the update I would have rated this app 4 out of 5. Since the August 2017 update it is completely broken on my Galaxy S7
New update can't even create a shortcut to it... Typical Bell product. Edit: the app is called BellAliant not Next gen Home Security once installed
Nothing but problems after the update with the app a. Now my camera need fixxed now!!!
Ever since the update I'm unable to log it. It never works. Very unimpressed as I used the app often
New update is terrible. Thinking of changing security providers if it does not get any better.
Nothing works on the updated app. Used to be able to access everything fine on the old app.

Still No PIN option for Android, app hasn't been updated in over a year, can't add users, can't have door unlocked disarm system, panel is slow to register motion and door entries, etc. Every other company is light years ahead. I regret getting it and will get rid of it when the contract is up.
Often non-responsive. Hasn't been updated in a long time. Connection to live camera feed hit and miss. Lack if rich security feature set.

App shortcomings App needs PIN access same as Apple app in order for thus to become more useful.
Will now Not accept valid login ID and password. Previously the Android version was working 100% without a problem for me.
App hasn't worked for me since beginning of June. Emailed the developers no response. Do not download
It would be nice if your Android app would allow me to stay logged in or at the very least only prompt me to enter our pin when opening the app instead of both the username and password each time. Especially when having a complicated password.
Convenient if you forgot to arm the system.... But that's where it ends, it is slow, camera lags, video clips don't always load, goes offline sporadically... And I also agree with other users, should have the option to stay logged in. Please address these matters. =)

For the most part it's a good app, but it is lacking in some areas. You should have the option to stay logged in. There needs to be a way to edit push notifications. There needs to be more settings available in the app.

The app works great. But the app keeps disappearing of my main screen. And I have to keep deleting it and re-downloading the app again and again. It can get very time consuming when I need to check on my home whilst I'm at work....

Ever since the update, logging in works about 1 in 15 times. After entering my code, I get stuck at a blue screen and have to keep closing the app and trying again. If you can log in, it looks nice, but right now it is essentially unusable.
