This application is convenient for finding Icon Parking Systems lots in NYC. The ability to print a discount coupon or reserve a spot is also a convenient feature. User beware - There is a $5 reservation fee associated with using the pre-paid option. This fee is not reflected on the emailed receipt and is included only in the confirmation screen as a small light gray font on a white background. Not saying it's a bad thing to charge the fee, it's just easy to miss and that's a fundamental flaw in the program. Disclosure: When the reservation fee was questioned by this user, Best Parking, which operates the app, provided a $5 Starbucks gift card and only offered a cash refund as a "courtesy" for not leaving negative feedback.
