This app does everything i need it to!
This it's the worst application I've ever tried to use! It only opened once. You people need to get it together or I'm closing the account that I opened just today.
Good banking app! Lacks nothing I can think of.
I've read about other people's problems using the app but I've never had any problem and use it for a lot of banking, ie. Transfers, payments, check balances, etc.
The app freezes at the opening screen.
The app itself works great for me... its just missing alot of things other banking apps have.. it doesn't show pending transactions or it doesn't show separate deposits from withdraws. It needs some work but all in all its okay.
App sticks at the splash screen after updating. Terrible customer service from the bank itself over the years. Planning on switching to ICCU.
If I don't log in frequently, this app is horrible this has happened 6 times now and I have to call and have my password reset.
First, I get an error every time I try to open the app for a week. So I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled. Now, for my "first login", I'm being asked security questions that I have never seen before in my life, let alone answered. When I clicked on the "forgot" button, it takes me to an insecure, non-existent page. So, I have zero access to my account save going to an actual branch location, which defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place.
Ha. This app is a joke. The login questions are preposterous!! I cant even access my account let alone deposit anything. Does anyone one read these reviews? Please respond if so?? This obiously needs fixed. Hello?? Is anyone listening?? Please fix our problems or just shut the bank down. Why bother!! The internet is how all other banks are running. If you dont want to lose Bussiness this bank needs a overhaul on all internet fuctions. Ughh... No ones listening. Hello???

Literally can't get through the onslaught of personal security questions. App doesn't work and needs the bugs fixed now.

Login with your acct # not a username and setup the password on a computer prior. Otherwise it will ask you a log of irrelevent Q's and lead you no where. But i dont think it lets you do anything other than view your account balance and transfer$.

Just installed, attempted to login and confirm my identity, it was asking questions I've never seen before, like the name of my oldest nephew, I don't have a nephew... sorry guys but you need to have a login and password at the main screen not ask stupid questions
Mobile deposit is nice and necessary. App needs a lot of work to be on par with other banks and credit unions. Doesnt even display due dates on a loan. Should also seperate the accounts you have in different sections.
Now just downrightblaughable. System error is a constant message every day with this garbage.
I still prefer to log in on my browser so I can see pending transactions and more information about balance and transactions that have gone through.
It doesn't do anything
Still really bad. Locks the account over 4g and Wi-Fi (home network and anything else) not worth the hassle. Gave it about five months of trying off and on.
LOVE mobile deposit! Easy, secure and accessible. Makes true mobile banking a reality - but I miss our friendly tellers from our branch.
New version just as useless. I also like how many of the 5 start reviewers work for Icon Credit Union. Priceless. Are there plans in the future to make this app usable? Excuse me, as I now have to drive over to a branch to deposit a check!
The security questions are retarded I don't understand why they need so much hassle, plus it shows random questions I don't have set up... Please fix this do a overhaul for Christ's sake.

I would rate the app if I was able to log in! I have been trying to access my account with the app, after 30 min of answering questions, I still have not seen my account. Finally I just called icon direct to get my account imfo. If this is supposed to be a mobile app, then the only thing mobile is how fast I deleted it! The old app was so much better, and easy to use. So much for mobile bankimg with this POS.
It's a banking app - It's functionality is paramount if I'm going to use an app for banking instead of going through the web. I installed the app specifically for the mobile deposit feature, but the system down time makes it a lug on my phone and it's easier to just take my checks to the branch - Not convenient at all. We love the CU and we're really excited about all the new updates and services. This one still needs work - Please fix. Thanks! = >

For example, if I want to send a bill through bill pay, but have to go to my email to see the amount I need to send, I have to re-authenticate. Ouch. This alone will cause me not to use the app very much. 2. The login page disables paste capabilities. I use the LastPass application to store and manage my password
I have multiple accounts. It saved the info on the first account I used and I couldn't log into a different one. Since you guys got rid of the Toggle Accounts feature with the new system it's now Hell to use. Sharing accounts is limited to interacting with the account you're logged into. Also app asks security questions I never chose and locks me out? And Cross account transfers keep erroring out and not going through? HATING the new system. Useless App. Bad move. Done with Icon after 20+ years.
There is no way to deposit a check by picture. Not even the deposit button it shows in the how to video.

I can get the password for my account but cannot past it into your application. So, if I do end up using your application (see number 1) then I will probably be forced to used some less secure password that I can remember instead of using a strong randomly generated password. Seems like you are trying to be very secure, but it will actually cause less secure passwords to be used and thus defeat your initial purpose. 3. According to the ICON web page, the feature of making a check deposit is suppose to be supported. However, I cannot find anywhere in the application on how to take a picture of a check to deposit to my account. Thanks -Steve
