Doesn't give me scheduled times to my final destination!!! I'm gonna delete the damn thing! Your company ought to make changes, or maybe I should investigate your resource!

The alert section is terrible. No info provided. Need to reload schedules every time you look for the next train. Why on earth would the plymouth train go to south station. Cannot wait for winter.

Good for the everyday schedule, terrible for any deviations. It loads the next train for your selected schedule, which is very convenient if you're actually taking it. However if you decide to take a later train home, it loads the next morning train and there's no way to switch to later outbound trains. If you add a one-way outbound trip it will still load the next trip at your selected time, meaning you have to scroll through all the trains in between instead of just being able to load the immediate next train on your route.

Staff is Amazing. They have been very attentive and very pacience, specially with me (new to the line and app)! Always cheerful!

Quick to load, cool tools alarm etc

Frequently doesn't update or arrival time is wrong. Lists train arrival as 30 minutes while other apps and the board list 10. A basic, key function of this type of app should be timely and accurate route updates. It doesn't do even this basic function consistently. Please buy t-on -time.

Z70%
by Z####:

Unforgivably buggy. Now it doesn't even give me any results when I search for a schedule. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, too no avail. Awful app. Please work on this.

E70%
by E####:

Doesn't let you buy a ticket in-app (sends you to the mTicket app), and the other app is incompatible with a phone that's only 3 years old (barely), so both this app and the other are useless. Whomever developed them are incompetent.

W70%
by W####:

Consistently fails to provide useful timely information. Unbelievably slow and unresponseful. Doesn't retain last view. Really really bad

Z70%
by Z####:

Who's brilliant idea was it to have 2 separate apps for the schedule and for the ticket? I was counting on being able to pay by phone and now I might miss my train because I have to go to an ATM since my phone won't work with the payment app.

R70%
by R####:

App does not actually know when a train is delayed or there are mechanical issues or the train hasn't even arrived much less departed. Generally a useless app save for schedules.

Not at exactly a zippy use experience, I was able to open another app and get the info I needed before the splash screen finally went away. While it will eventually serve up some info, there are better choices out there.

D70%
by D####:

I have Android version 5.1.1 and had been using mTicket for the last year, once the new Keolis app launched I received a notice to update mTicket. Once I tried to get the update I was given an error that the app is no longer compatible with my device.

O70%
by O####:

Unable to buy tickets in the same app only view schedule. The iOS app used to allow you to do both.

A70%
by A####:

Soooooo frustrating. Every time I open the app, I navigate to the same schedule. How about when i open the app it just takes me to the train i take most every day and shows me that schedule. Plus it takes forever to open due to spotty cell signal near most Boston public transit. If schedules were cached and came up immediately as opposed to that infuriating splash screen, the app would make me less disgruntled with the MBTA incompetence around every corner....

Z70%
by Z####:

I live between a number of train stations. I want an app that uses GPS to recognize my locations and offers me multiple options on how to get to south station (my destination preference). So if a train that i think I would miss is actually running late etc it is all laid out for me as one of the ways to get to work.

D70%
by D####:

The older Schedules feature wasn't visually appealing as this one, but it was more practical. Just make it a list. Also, I haven't seen a map feature yet; this may be just me

D70%
by D####:

Unable to open... thanks for making rating this App easy.

T70%
by T####:

What a terrible app. Whomever in Keolis lead the development of this app should be terminated ASAP. How in the world could you release such a terrible app. Like others have mentioned here the app just hangs, you can't navigate thru it especially when are on the train, god forbid....what a foreign concept. It has this nice screen that shows the gasoline saved, time spent not driving, etc etc but that doesn't even tally the correct information I jjust reinstalled the app and a round trip from Fitchburg to Boston saved 1 gallon of gas. Time to a hire mobile developer create the app and actually test in on the 20 year old trains.......
