Czech Airlines

This is the worst plane company app I have ever used. This is a shame for any decent company in the world. How is it possible to release such a worthless app? One cannot download the mobile pass with this. In the year 2017 you have a button to save a screenshot which doesn't do anything. This whole app is like a cheap layer over your website. Who thought you mobile programming? Please take a look at the Ryan Air app and embrace the future. Avoid this app with the power of 1000 suns!

The old version of the app worked fine but the new version crops the qrs Barcode making it unreadable. Pdf by email is the only way to get a boarding pass! Hopeless.

Old version had option to open boarding pass in offline mode. But some clever ***** thought it isn't necessary anymore and turned the app with already very limited usability to a piece of crap.

It's just the mobile version of the Web page. You can't save anything, for example if you want to see your booking, you have to enter the information every time. Useless app

After almost a year still useless app. Check Ceske Drahy app and learn.

Unbelievably useless application. You can't even store your boarding cards there. Another reason not to use Czech Airlines but some of 21th century airlines.

Still useless, can't even store mobile boarding pass in the app and show it offline.

Awful app,can't even generate a mobile boarding pass error,emailing only half of the tickets, glitchy and very buggy app

Cannot believe that CSA publishes such a crap. Almost nothing works. Better nothing than this.

Everything I wanted was to add a booking which is operated partly by Czech Airlines and partly by KLM, Prague - Amsterdam - Oslo. Upon adding the booking in this app, all I get is an error saying "OSL not found"

Too much slow and it does not have a nice design.

Internet required to open boarding pass

If you expect any possibility to check your reservation, have electronic ticket, upgrade and many other things you may want and expect. For example at least some function offline. Forget about it. Just comparision with wizzair application and you find this worst than it and not suprising even the services and planes and prices... are worse. Uninstall

Spent 20 mins trying to do a simple one way booking. App either timeouts or waits indefinitely while saying that reservation system of CSA is being contacted. My Internet connection was of course fast and stable during this time. Don't use this app unless you have a whole day reserved for making your flight reservations.

I could not check in because the label says NAME instead of SURNAME and PNR instead of booking ref. Had to go through the website and try to understand where the weak mind of the app developers had failed. Who is testing this app? The mad Hatter? Pinocchio? Donald Trump?

Used to be quite small, however online check in not working for several days, internal error? It happens in several devices? What's going on???

Impossible to check baggage allowance even from search engine, it redirects automatically to this useless application

Fast, easy to use. From putting in my surname and eticket number to getting my boarding pass sent by text to my phone took just a few minutes. Simple! Happily recommended!

Check in dosent work

Come in Czech Airlines! Few improvements from earlier (joke of an App). Reservation is ok but use of calendar in wonky. Mobil check in is welcomed but missing a lot lot more. Frequent flyer info, profile. Destination list, news n info, office locations. Just used Egypt air App and it was superb with TONS if info. CSA pls try harder. I love you guys but it's rather embarrassing. ..

Apart from reservations it's rather not too helpful. Please check other -even low cost - airlines. Destination guides, links to accommodations and car rentals, Frequent flyer programme info and login, online services as baggage etc, duty free online orders and delivery in flight, flight status. You can do much more than this...

What's the point if you can't log in and make it remember your reservations? If I have to fill in the reservation code each time, I might as well just use my browser!

Tested it and decided to uninstall it after a few minutes.
