ICO Salah Tracker 2.0

This app goal is to provide one stop platform, to access the most current and accurate prayer times (including prayer start time) which can be set by the the admin user of the community center.
Furthermore it broadcast all the announcements entered in the app by the admin user to all the devices running this app.
Whenever the admin user changes the prayer timings or any announcements, a notification will be fired by the app displaying a short summary of changes on the device notification panel.
This app has the ability to sync periodically with the remote data placed in the ICO cloud. Based on which a separate notifications are fired whenever the Prayer start time approaches, displaying the corresponding prayer start and congregation(Jamaat) time.
Currently the app caters to the needs of ICO community located in Omahe, NE. In future versions this app can be scale able to other community centers.
