Fantastic app . the UI is not tendy but very simple and good. New modules like IPS is wonderful . well done icici

Not happy with this application. Development process is slow, very outdated GUI and last but not least there's virtually no option to schedule the NEFT transfer or bill payments. Incompetent developers, incompetent IT management and worst support from ICICI.

Please also add imps options also and transfer option without adding payee like mobile banking in sbi

Works well for transfers, to check last 10 transactions and account balance. Does not work for adding payees, printing or viewing transfers made to payees or viewing account statements.

After entering M-pin nothing happens, I.e I press login but it doesn't move forward. P.S device samsung galaxy s6 edge version 6.0.1

Never open on time , no upades since years ... very disappointed :(

Add imps transfer to the application for customer convince...also register payee details to the application

Use some more features and update all performance, bugs, and most importantly appearance it looks like I am using 90's app.

From last 1 month or so i am unable to use it due to account disabled. Have given written requests to branch number of times but no luck. Tired of calling in branches and hearing same reply again and again. Planning to switch to other bank soon.

There's a lot of chance for improvement in this app...

Its very convenient also CMS option its excellent. In cms once file uploaded final figure can be approved but request all individual upload detail so can recheck and filter to approve required rest can hold or differ the dates.

Why is the access to transactions restricted to so few?

Can anyone guide me on how to add payee ??

I am not able to login in to the app after the registration process

Need to improve little bit more option e.g. Imps n quick transfet without adding tpa

When we approve a tax Payment. It says beneficiary missing and does not allow to pay.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE OR LOGIN INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR PAST MONTH AS ITS REGULARLY SHOWS ERROR... not even throug mpin or card credentials. .. please rectify or suggest alternate corporate login app

Very bad user interface need to be upgrade like i-mobile, and every time when I enter password it shows "NUMERIC CHARACTERS ONLY" where I only enter that only...

Even after giving root access - it shows blank screen. How i-Mobile runs without any issue on rooted device...but not this

When I open the app, It gives error as you are running application on rooted device. The app ideally should not have any concerns even if the device is rooted.

Don't expect app like this from Icici bank. Worst user interface. Lakes of facilities on app. Can't do neft or rtgs from app. You need to add beneficiaries / add pay on net banking and then you can transfer money to someone's account. It means only app is not enough. You need both laptop/desktop with net connection and app if want to use app.. Really!!!! Is it joke!!! Logically dumb.

AFTER PAYEE ADDITION. THE AC NO.DOES NOT SHOW ONLY NAME IS SHOWING.SOME TIME TWO SILIMER NAMES ARE ADDED THEN CONFFUCTION. SO PLS SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Server down from more than week now. Customer Care not ready to take complain also not providing date when facility will resume. Such answers not expected from such a reputed Bank.

I have used many other banking apps but this is worst of all.. even ICICI other apps are good.. I don't know why the corporate app is so bad.. no GUI, No functionality, dont know who the developer is...

Worst app from ICICI bank. On opening the app, unwanted apps are automatically downloaded, plz take action on it....

Surprised that after typing each character on the login screen...I hv to wait 5 second as if it doing some processing... so fed up that I had to let go of it...

When i request for new cheque book or stop payment for cheaque confirmation massage not recieved in the app or registered mobile no.

Can't acces the status of cheques app require to improve more it does not show the current a/c bal.

The app was working fine. But after reinstallaion a few days back I am unable to log in.
