Swachh Delhi:The Official App

Worst app. When you don't care for complaints why ask people to use this app. An officer called me about my complaint and told me the area in not in my jurisdiction. So I can't do anything. Lol. Why ask us to make complaints. 1st swachh abhiyan should me cleaning the government offices by removing the officers who are lazy and giving jobs to younger officers who are active and cares for people of India.

Worst app from aap. I posted a complaint regarding malba which is thrown in front of House. Its been 5 days no actions have been taken yet by the officials. If you don't want to solve peoples problems then please don't waste money on making these kind of apps.

It's more then 2 month no action taken on my complaint. I post complaint for malba(dump) near army cant area. Malba is increasing day by day buy no action taken. Govt has waste public money for this app. Use less app. Don't download.

I lodged 4 complaints in 3 weeks but no actions were taken. 2 of them were of same garbage dump and 3 weeks is the gap in between. If nothing is to be done then why do govt. trying to keep people fooling?

Wanted to give less than 0, but no option....Y do u promote when u don't want to work. I have tried so many option for my one complaint but haven't got a single revert. MCD ⏱ it's for u.

I think it's a bogus app, may be a new way to get verified phone number data.. I posted 2 complaints using this app and to my surprise both the complaints just disappeared from the log within 24 hrs without any action.. now app says no complaints logged.

Cannot take any action after 5 days of complaining. Same was happened last time when I use this app for complaining. This app shows wrong GPS location. Why not developer gives option of entering address manually. Hate It !!!!!

Worst app by government of Delhi & mcd. I raised a complain 2 months ago but no action has been taken. These apps are just made for publicity to show citizens how much work they are doing. The truth is it's used for nothing.

Terrible app. And no-one seems to be monitoring this app, any issues or activities here. Doesn't upload pictures even in half an hour. Only for advertisements. No real application

Good initiative but Incomplete and also confused messaging. The radio advt for the app says to use it to report pollution but the app description says garbage and malba!!?? Also there needs to be an option to upload from gallery instead of only from camera. Hopefully this will get better but most importantly will lead to action.

My new review is...My first complaint was attended to after 2-3 weeks... My last review....A mere publicity stunt, the underwear is too big for the balls..... Things might be slow, but they seem to be moving.. .

Nobody cares to attend to the complaints. Logged a complaint 5 days back of fire in the bushes and it is still open and no one has bothered to look into it. Stop fooling the public with ads

Useless, nobody bothers for complaints. Those who have given good reviews seems to be from AAP only as they don't seem to have posted any complaint else will not get so many positive reviews

Very bad working of MCD. They call you ask the name of complaint, ask about complain and address, even every detail already given in complain. They just complete their records and rest can be seen in Delhi how pathetic condition of Delhi is. It also seems they are threatening you for lodging complain.

Pathetic app. No one reponse to our compaints. If u cannnot respond to complaints, shut it down. Why r u wasting public money and time.

WORSSSST. WITHIN 2 DAYS I GOT MESSAGE THAT COMPLAINT RESOLVED WHEREAS​ THE DUMP IS STILL LYING THERE. JUST PUBLICITY NO WORK SAME AS PREVIOUS GOVERMENTS DID.

Totally waste app.. No one cares about the complaint..its almost 7 a back, I have tagged the complaint for the over flow of street main hole... But there is no follow up , no call from any one...

It was a good initiative gone waste. The. Complaints have been pending and unheard. Why waste public money and time when you do not care for the complaints submitted?

If you dont care for the complaints, whats the use? No follow up feature. Garbage increasing day by day but your team doesnt giv a damn

App is OK but if MCD don't do anything about complaints which we have uploaded then what to do with the app....? The app itself become a garbage.....!

Why does MCD people bother by calling the registered complaint user again and again? A complaint is registered, action needs to be taken, why do you call every time the user again and again. Resolve the issue and then call for confirmation.

Hahaha good idea to make people fool. It's been 1 month for me to upload a complaint. Nothing is been done so for. How quick you are. Great joke with common people.

3 day before I had upload peera garhi delhi metro station out side picture but still no action totally waste of time and money by Delhi govt nor people taking initiative nor govt on the right way to swachch delhi project if govt cant do the same then stop with immediate action

No one cares of my complain raised two months ago... Sarkari people have secured jobs that's why they are not accountable and are careless :(

This is totally fake because I have done three complaints but any complaints not solved till now. You can guess that this application is right or wrong and tell all Delhi who advertising this application.

Do not ever try this. I wish I could attach the screenshots for reference. These bastards do not respond or take action. Don't waste money on downloading the app and uploading the garbage pics.

Guys m suggesting that we need an platform like online delivery companies ,who can took our garbage from our home.only we need to order on mobile app for the garbage and a delivery boy can pick our garbage from our home so we dont't need to put our garbage on overwhelmed dustbains on road.that make roads and streets clean.

What an application can do itself, when it is a well known fact that the staff don't bother to take action. I suggest before cleaning garbage first hire responsible staff that take accurate action on complaints that people are posting.

This is pathetic app just like delhi govt. Trying from last 1 hour could not upload even single complent

This is the best app.. And Thanks to MCD... Within 48hrs of complaint MCD took the action ND make Swachh Delhi
