Public Eye - Official BTP App

I feel that the process of submitting the complaint should be brought down from the current 2 step process to one step. Currently, I am forced to first upload the picture/video and then select the offence once upload completes. Instead if all of this could be done in one step, it saves that much time. I may be at a signal and would not have that much time to wait for the upload before i can tag the offence and the location. Please look into this concern.

I have uploaded two complaints, but no response. I tried to add a video of a violation, but I get a message 'Error. Your complaint could not be registered. Please check the My Complaints section and if the complaint is not uploaded please upload again.' I have tried more than 5 times on different days, but still it won't upload.

Good one...so far most of my complaints have been registered. Since last few days the app is not able to register my complaints...it says...error retry later. Can someone please look at this and fix it? There are so many violators who need to be booked.

Idea is good , but there is no way to know what happened to the issues raised by us. It just says "Closed " Update: It showing error while uploading please fix it , I have a hell lot of traffic violations to be uploaded.

Great use case but the app has to evolve. Keeps crashing. Are there any APIs directly available? Bulk mode needed. When a photo is taken I should be able to zoom.

It's waste application. If u register some case police are not even bothered to clear the case. And it's more simply a waste of time.

The app is excellent, but BTP is selective in punishing offenders. I ended up wasting my precious time looking for the provisions under which owners of premium luxury/sports cars and residents of posh houses in premium localities are exempt from fines.

Should have edit option to edit the complaint that is submitted already. Also, there is no way to see what has been done to close the pending complaint.

The idea is good. App works fine.. The cases that I have posted were booked within 1 week. Good going. Just improve the performance of the app. Crashes a lot

Every day m seeing rules break from vehicle's, now this app will help those think like me, superb initiative from BTP..... Adding to above comment I have surprised which fast action taking by BTP from last one month, I am very happy to be part of BTP to reduce traffic violations...

App crashes a lot, there is no option to complain two wheeler doing wheeling, bad headlight colours, bad focused break lamps which disturb all drivers backside.any other violations are not listed.

I had posted a compliant and no action was taken. All of a sudden my compliant itself got vanished. Also not able to upload videos

App, God knows why it's been created. You post pictures complaints and nothing is raised. Why should I make complaints when no one to take care. Waste of time app. Fill your staffing first then launch app.

App crashes every single time. Completely unusable. I want to report traffic violations, but this app doesn't let me.

Please add up provision where I can take picture and post for the vehicles which emits lot of smoke..... When you people emission test as mandatory why there is no fine for vehicles which emits lot of smoke

For a few complaints I get the message "vehicle number not clear" but I can see the number clearly on my phone & these are the complaints that get a looooong time to be "resolved/ closed"... Something fishy

No updates nor any tracking mechanism for submitted complaints. Not sure if really it gets submitted to concerned authorities or goes in a black hole

The complaints were remain open.for past 3 months don't know when it will be closed or booked

I made a complaint against a vehicle yesterday of hit and run. No action taken, yet case is closed

Great app. Kindly add signal jumping in the list of traffic violations. As off now it's not there.

Not able to login... How should one take pictures and upload especially of cops who violate the rules??? Or this app is made just for the sake of it???

The app is crashing and I have sent the log multiple times still no update.

Request you to add one more option in Violation Types for Heavy Vehicles in city premises

Poor interface and makes you wait 3-5 minutes between screens. They should follow a web page system where everything is queued for upload at the end. Also past month the upload is indicating an writer and no one from support is unreachable

Tried to report complaints several times always gives errors. Useless app.

I have uploaded a image of riders without helmets, still the complent is not booked, it's been 5 days, if this is the conditions what is the use of this app?

Idea is excellent, but not bothered to upgrade it, keeps crashing, takes lot of time to upload pics, video doesn't get uploaded. Please upgrade the app, great initiative, great idea.

a college student can write a better app than this. Too many crashes.

Not able to post complaints. Always shows error after last step.

I haven't been able to Lodge complaints whenever I select Submit it shows an error and complaint is not lodged..

Could Not even use once , crashing every time, no response from developer even after sending crash report, waste of time and resources

App crashes whenever I select Take photo option. I am using Galaxy Note 5 on Nougat.

The app crashes very often when trying to take LIVE picture

No updates on our requests/ complaints. Need to improve and update. General people will support the initiative, just need your extended support to make it successful and make benagluru congestion free from traffic.

This app no action.. all my complaints are removed. .. without any action..why to use simply..

Very slow uploading is pain shows error message often takes a long time to upload

There are more violations in real than in this app, so update the same as we cannot report the actual violations when it happens

While submitting complaint it's showing invalid mobile number. It's waste of my time

The app is crashing when i try to click a pic from app. Attaching from gallery and video from app is working.
