ICE Data Provider

Good app. I'd like to see separate sections for allergies and what reactions occur. Also, a section for what surgical procedures have been undergone & when; section for implants and where documentation for them is carried (usually in billfold or wallet in purse).

In an emergency situation, this app would be useless. Unless somebody unlocks your phone, they cannot see the emergency contacts and medical info stored on the app.

I love this app. I was able to record all my medical situation and medication. I wish we could transfer our data to a PDF file that we can send to our pharmacy, doctor or family member so they can be aware of our medical situation. Could this be created for this app?

It OK but it needs to be able be on lock screen, as pretty much everyone these days have their phones locked for privacy & protection. So really ineffective otherwise as no one will know it's there

There is a problem with this app. There should be a way to have the app key outside the lock of the cellphone. That way first responders can get to the emergency information with out going into the cellphone. Thank you!

I have not only my emergency contacts listed, I also have a list of my medications (prescribed and OTC) and their daily dosages. I do agree with others, this should have a "lock screen" override option.

I love it because alot of other apps only list a person, and not a medical history. That's important if you passed out they won't know anything about you. But with THIS APP THEY WILL. It could mean your life!!

Consise and to the point. No trying to figure it out. A bracelet or necklace can only say so much. With this app, I can list my medications and allergies. Love it. Thank you!

Greetings! I downloaded your emergency information application to my android, Samsung galaxy s5.  I believe this will be very helpful to me, except for one thing.  I keep my phone locked. Therefore, no emt, cop, firefighter, doctor, etc. will be able to access the information.  Would you please update the software, with an icon for the lock screen that someone can push, which will open the application and display the information?  Thanks for your time.

The icon does not appear on the lock screen. I like the simplicity of this app and the fact that I can have all the info on the meds I take with a single click. However emergency personnel do not have access to this same info because they won't see the ICE icon on the lock screen.

...... you could access it from the locked Android home screen. I have seen similar posts but this problem has not been resolved!!!

Thank you for the serviceability of this very important app. EVERYONE who has a medical and prescription history needs this application on their phone and/or tablet. I've used this app while in an ambulance, in an ER, and need the med/Rx info with every Doctors office appointment. EVERY provider, EMT, doctors and nurses, have appreciated having up to date medical information. One very important suggetion for the app developer: please provide sharing capability allowing save to Dropbox and/or Cloud.

Too basic, poor layout, this single page idea doesn't work in real life as the people who would use this have complex health problems, no widget for lock screen,

Add emergency contacts and any medical info. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that it isn't visible on the lock screen

The app is very good but useless on a locked screen. To work effectively the app icon should be available to bypass the screen lock.

The big drawback is it not being available on lockscreen. Is that function available?

App is easy to use. I was able to input all pertinent health information and include the ICE icon on the launch bar of the lock screen so it is available to anyone who turns on the phone.

This app is great. Was at hospital and the family did not know what meds I was taking. This app told all !!!!

Great app, however it's a pain when editing the detail on my phone, the save option doesn't show.

Had emergency this morning and app worked well. One shortcoming and this cost a few seconds during an asthma attack... Had to unlock screen the open app then tap on emer contact. If you could remedy this, I'd gladly give 5 stars.

Added allergies, meds & surgeries. Also PCP info and phone number. We often wished for this information when I was working in the ER.

Not accessible from lock screen, as such no first responder will have access to this vital information!!!

This app does not have any medications, allergy section. There is no way I could get my 17 pathologies/ co morbidity's in the small space provided. There are other much better free apps out there.

Needs to be able to add a note next to contact name. The smiple part is perfect

Samsung note 4 is not showing app on the lock screen so it is usless

Works well to maintain needed medical data and emergency contact BUT It's not accessible when phone is locked. Looking for another app that is accessible directly from a locked screen.

Just installed this on my phone. It seems to work well.

Easy to use with just the basic info a Doctor or Police would need in an emergency.

It makes things more convenient for you and your doctors and emergency personnel to know just how to treat you with the right treatment.And it comes in handy when you are unresponsive.

Makes it easy to have this info ready for emts drs nurses , it can save your life

I list all my medications and emergency contacts with this app. I take it to doctor's appointments so I can give a list of my meds to the nurse or doctor for review.

May as well use a note taking app. Just a vehicle for ads.

Everybody needs this APP, best app ever, works well on any phone, good information to have on your phone.

I had a medical emergency and was having trouble speaking. My Mom had told me about the app months before and I had almost deleted it several times for space but it ended up helping me when I couldn't help myself. The only thing I would suggest would be a lock screen button so the phone could still be pass code enabled. That way, if I were unconscious, medical personnel could access the important info whithout compromising my phones security.
