WebDAV Server Ultimate for Android
The app worked great until I got the S8. Now when the always on display comes on the connection is lost.
The app is solid and functions well.
Typing into password field when creating a user attempts to save password into android user dictionary
Works perfectly well. Only cons that seems is lack of external card support and users having their own directories (so that two servers are not required to be run in parallel).
Thanks so much for making this app ... Been looking for a way to ditch my usb cable when my phone is across the room on the charger . Now my laptop and my Samsung are truly unified , I'm now able to view & move files without restrictions. Only one tiny problem, Auto start doesn't always work (could be my device [Galaxy Note2] or my version of Android) . Anyways, still 5 stars for this simple but useful tool .
Does the job. There are minor bugs like the UI hangs sometimes or very rarely couldn't transfer certain files, however it works just great for automated backups.
Mapped my Sd to. Drive and used PC Backup prog to take regular Sd Card snap shots
Thank you for making this available for us. Works flawlessly.
Between my phone and car android unit over WiFi.

All u need about webdav
Excellent way to wirelessly access the internal storage and SD card on my Note 3. But there is a significant lag time when copying large files. Not sure if it's the app or win 8.1
Very supportive
Working, but needs user and password be defined for my clients to connect(guess it's my clients).Doesn't work on device set as hot spot ,that limits my usage cases. fix that in update.4 for that
The UI needs to catch up before I use or buy this app again...
Well, it works good in terms of speed and stability. Interface is very good. But is it possible to save temp files (ones that are being uploaded to Android) into the target directory ? Now the application saves temp files into /data/data/com.icecoldapps.webdavserverultimate/cache. The issue is that /data partition is very limited in size AND, if filled up by big temp files, leads to system instability. So I can't copy to Android a file that is bigger than current amount of free space at /data partition. I'm using Windows Total Commander with WebDav plugin as a client. Android 4.2.2 Thanks.
Allows me to share files from my Asus TF700, including attached external hard drive, over the wifi to my HTC One X+. Neither device is rooted or unlocked. I use ES File Explorer to view and copy files.
A must have app that works well and does what it says. Well supported too.
Excellent
just do it
Nice
Andiord sever
I can dig it
Okkkkkk,
Straight forward app. Can share my whole tablet within seconds with GTVBox. Very stable too, had it running and streaming for hours without a problem. Can only recommend this
Works very good, even in tethering mode. However, server setup could be easier for the common case of "I just want to share my phone". Also, it's a little bit awkward to first create a server and then start it - it would be nice to autostart the server after creation.
Looks good. I will try it.
I really hate wifi... theres no wifi connection in my area... why dont u add mobile network... :(

I had given up hope that I could find a WebDAV server that would autostart when connected to a particular WiFi network. But here it is. Thank you very much for this great app!
