I share files and photos with others by exposing a web portal for them. They don't need to install anything. Love to listen to Apple users tell me how cool it is... then realize there's really nothing like it for them.

The app itself is very useful but the dev seems to have disappeared (no updates for months) and doesn't respond to emails. FTP is broken on my shield for some reason - can't list directory contents. Also, things like the mongodb server haven't been in broken beta for as long as I've known...

Used it to run a simple mysql/phpmyadmin/ssh for development. It completely crapped the bed and caused the phone to lock up 30 sec after boot. Even with root disabled. Had to delete packc using twrp to even get into the phone again. It was working fine, then just did this without warning.

I have already root my phone, some server application it's working, but email server still doesn't work, please fixed the problem. Amazing all in one application server..., must have...

Does not work on Galaxy S3. Server setting are discarded after saving. No error in log.

When you need it, you Need it It could use better integration w Android 6 security features, as I can only write to the app's folder on the ext. SD card.

VPN Server worked well on my Jellybean box, but does not work after upgrading to a Lollipop box (rooted) with the same settings and latest app version. Client establishes connection successfully, but cannot access any hosts on the remote LAN. There may be a routing problem and the log does not have sufficient troubleshooting info and there is no "server.conf" file to look into.

Very powerful package of servers. This sits on a PC running 24/7 as part of my home automation server rack. The PC runs Phoenix OS (allows Android to run on a standard PC) along with several other apps and all run very well together. Highly recommend this app!

Great list of servers and simple to setup. Perfect for testing services and applications. Nice way to make use of an old Android phone or tablet as a server.

2 stars for paid app, I expect it can work well, but I having problem with VPN server, event the server is up and run, but it cannot be connect, it use to be working good before this, not sure what update cause the present problem. Edit when 13 July 2016 with below reason: I install in my another device, difference android version, now it work fine. So I rate 4 star for that it not work in all device. Edit when 21 July 16, now it back to work on both devices, 5 stars for this.

I just started using it. Im working on php/mysql developement and the only thing I havent found is the way to set the default web root within the app. I think I probably just have yet to stumble across it. So far it works perfectly. Excellent app! Edit, found it, right where it should be.

please can someone help. I've rooted Samsung S3 using Kingo, dokwnloaded Busybox and Service pack A but VPN server starts then stops.Error in log:- execute PID command Error 2; couldn't get process PID; Linux ifconfig failed: couldnt execute external program. The server then stops. I've tried changing specific location of Busybox but get same error. Can someone help as paid for this App. still no reply after lots of emails

My FTP and Web servers were working perfectly alright, and I was able to connect over the Internet for two days. However, the third day onwards, there is no public connectivity. (I had neither tweaked any system settings, nor had I downloaded any new apps during this period). Now I am able to connect to the servers only through wifi! I have tried everything: restarted my phone, turned off wifi, uninstalled and re-installed the app, but no success! Please advise immediately!(Unrooted MotoX Play/Marshmallow)

Unusable on Shield Android TV. Despite being listed as Android TV compatible in the Play Store, it is not possible to proceed past the changelog screen as the OK button is unresponsive. Neither the back button nor selecting background elements clears the window either. It also fails to appear in the leanback launcher and so requires a workaround to launch. Clearly not even tested for compatibility on Android TV.

I bought the Pro version. TOO convenient to serve from an Android with this kind of control. If you are new to this, start playing with Simple Servers, and geek out! Cheers! Thanks dev for an outstanding, life-saving app. I set up an htpc on my old Evo, it runs perfectly in 512mb on my LG LS670 Optimus S from 2011, it runs on anything I have thrown it at, and does more than enough without root - great job!!

FTP program directory features fail. It fails usually fails to create directories. On the occasion where a it succeeds in creating the folder, it creates it with a generic name and the rename feature fails. Program has lots of potential but lacks support. If support were available, I'm sure the flaws could easily be resolved. I left a request for support in the support forum a couple of months ago. I also sent email to the developer (using the provided email address below).

Worked great before I upgraded to Marshmallow. Now I can't access the external SD, where I do most of my file management... Update: I had to do some creative folder naming and now it works again!

The PHP servers just fails and gives 500 and 503 errors after some time of operation. Only manually restarting it fixes it :/

The most comprehensive suite of mobile servers available!!! I would recommend the Pro version to all mobile server enthusiasts!!! But rated 4 star because the VNC server doesn't work on my xoom nor droid 4... The competitor, "VNC Server by onecent" seems to work great... I will rate this app 5 star once VNC works properly...

Nice app, will give 5 stars if you make ssh server work. Tried your other ssh server app and sftp works(can read/write). Not sure what happens with this one, but with this app, I can't write files through sftp. WinScp keeps saying connecting when transfering a file and it just hangs, and if I stop, the file becomes empty on the server. My device is also rooted. Please fix, I don't want to use 2 apps, and I'm expecting this one to work. Thanks! Edit: my device is nexus 7 2013 wifi, android 6.0.1

Every server I could possibly ask for plus a million others. I feel like my desktop PC can't run as many servers as this. I've converted my old tablet into a dev server due to this to host my PHP before deploying to production.

Totally earned my £8. After trying the trail version: no bugs, no crashes, no mysterious app stopping its job during screen going off, doesn't drain battery bad so it can run on battery all night, ram cleaner app doesn't interrupt it and resumes the server's job even if temporary cut from WiFi connection. This app is putting Google own buggy apps to shame. Great work.

The ssh service has considerably more delay than the other daemon that stopped working after the last upgrade

I had to update my review. One of my most used apps. Beats using USB for file transfers, expecially great for organizing music. Nice to see that it's still supported!

Is it possible to add nodejs to the list of servers. If would be very interesting to make my old phone a simple nodejs test server. Edit: Amazing! It works! Now to start playing with node :) thanks for this amazing app!

Thanks for the quick reply/troubleshoot hint, guys! **SOLVED** Updated (great update, btw) but still can't login (and therefore manage any mySQL db) when using phpmyadmin : did try "root" + nopassword and "serversultimate" + serversultimate@IceColdApps! but none works.**SOLVED**

Home run update guys! This is hands down my most useful app! Love the new supported features! Keep up the great work!

Currently running FTP and SMB native servers. Will soon be running NFS and WebDAV. Some additional features that will be nice: allow multiple Android devices to function as HA clusters. Some of these server applications do come with HA features. Running it on a few Acer B1-770 16GB storage with a 64GB microsd.

Very flexible to replace clumsy file transfers and to implememt plenty of smart integration methods with linux servers

This app is one of my favorite purchased apps for Android. You you just need a small server to prove your point, to see if something will work without wasting much time, or even to MacGyver a workaround, this app will help!

This app is quite difficult to use on a Nexus Player and likely other Android TV boxes. I also noticed that landscape mode on any device is a little glitchy.

Well worth the development time and money. Try it you will love it. Makes life easy :) BTW it is great for learning new server protocols.

Works very well on a rooted android 5.1 Tvbox, SMB native server running at the first try !.
