SleepyTime: Bedtime Calculator for Android
I've been using their website for a while now and I always feel more rested when I set my alarm according to their suggested times than when I just do so based on my normal time. I especially love the "if I go to sleep now, what time should I get up" feature. That's the only thing I need from this app tbh. I have odd hours being a natural night owl and a college student, so I'm always calculating how much sleep can I get before my morning class. Now, I don't have to waste precious sleep doing that.
I used this app all the time. It's extremely useful. But now they have it loaded with ads. And they're the ones that load late so as soon as you start scrolling it forces you into the ad. And there are force pop up ads as well. A great useful app completely ruined by the worst kind of ads.
I loved the app. I have been using it over a year or so. It was working great with my other phone(xperia L) But when I changed my phone to lg g4 it all went south. The widget was the only thing I use. To be able to look at it and see when can I wake up before opening the app and creating an alarm from there was amazing. But it doesn't work now. It just shows a fixed time all the time. I can't find a better app than this so please fix it. :(
This app is great. It seems to use an algorithm similar to sleepyti.me's, which is sworn upon by many, except it factors in the 14 minutes of sleep time which I believe is an improvement. An improvement I would like to see is for the hour to be selected first when setting the clock. The minute is selected by default after setting the clock at least once in the app, which causes the glitch. Also, PM is set by default which makes no sense, and there should be an alarm button for wake up time and notifications for sleep time.
Using it everything night. Not everytime I am feeling fully rested and awake but it's probably because I sometimes struggle to fall asleep on time. The app is definitely helping me to get up way earlier than before and in a better mood!
Like it, but the app flow is kinda messed up. You're not supposed to move back to clock page after you pressed back button on alarm page when you choose sleep now menu.
It's really simple. Understanding your sleep will change your life. I need to waste more time sleeping for sure but this app shows you how to sleep efficiently when you only have a couple hours of time. I use it with the sleep cycle app to measure my restlessness but this app also has an alarm clock with it.
This app really makes it easy to learn the techniques for overcoming stress and clear your mind in today's crazy lifestyle and I can't recommend it enough. Who knew that breathing could do more than just relax, but actually enforce a feeling of power. For just 10 mins a day it's a easy way to get re-focused and relaxed.
Ever since I've started to use this app, I've been always using it since. Always helps me to plan ahead, further of the estimated times.
This app will help you to plan when to go to bed so that you get the optimal (appropriate amount) of sleep. This App will also wake time the Alarm to wake you at the best time during the sleep cycle. I find it much easier to get up when this alarm goes off. I think this app will help you feel better and wake up more easily.
I work irregular days and hours, so this app is very helpful to me. It takes a lot of guesswork out of when to fall asleep. It functions and looks great, too. Good job, devs.
Use it earlier in the night to plan my night and prepping for bed. Like being able to choose the right amount of sleep for what I need and my schedule allows. Mornings are not full of dread or hitting the snooze bar repeatedly.
App seems to work well. The ads are full-screen and are sometimes difficult to close. I occasionally accidentally 'click through' the ads just by missing the x to close. Not sure if I'm finding it useful enough to get the paid version.
This app has helped me sleep so much better! I'm starting to fall into a more consistent pattern of sleep. This has literally changed my life as I've always had such a hard time sleeping and waking up. I felt like I was dreaming too much but turns out I was just waking up at the wrong times right in the middle of REM. The app itself is simple and easy to use and I love that it doesn't require any stupid and unnecessary permissions like so many apps today. Ads aren't too bad but I still purchased the app to get rid of them. For less than a cup of coffee, you can't go wrong!
I was going to bed around 7am and waking up at 2pm and it was a nightmare. I went to the store, bought some Zzzquil and downloaded this app. The 1st night I used it I fell asleep around 1pm and then I was awake by 6am completely awake. It was awesome. Love this app.
Ad was so large you couldn't see the clock to set the time. Also every time I'd select 8AM it'd choose 1800 instead, none of the morning times worked even after selecting and de-selecting the 24hr mode.all around great premise just poor execution. Running LG Aristo with Android 7.0
Unfortunately this is of no use to me since the label "when do you wake up?" covers up AM so I can't put down to wake up anytime in the morning. Otherwise would have been great.
It's probably impossible to have everyone's sleep cycles exact, but this is very close. I always feel much better rested when I wake up at the time it recommends!
Very handy and essential for me, use it every day! Tried several and prefer this one. Very helpful esp with irregular hours, insomnia, interrupted sleep patterns. Can just figure when to sleep & wake, easily & without having to stop & think it thru! Even if it's middle of night w insomnia or I feel bad/ill etc. Comfortable stress-free... often use it to prevent from oversleeping & getting a "sleep hangover" with headache too. Nicely done, dev!

As a college student with an inconsistent sleep schedule, this app really helps me get the perfect amount of sleep I need. Love that you can set the right alarm while in the app

Has intrusive ads that take up entire phone screen, used to be my favorite app but I have no respect for developers adding in awful virus inducing adware.

Alright app but it works with the same times as the website. The website explains that it doesn't include the average amount of time it takes a person to sleep (14 minutes). When I press the when should I wake up button etc it would make more sense if it added the 14 minutes automatically. As it is adding an alarm. Without the 14 minutes people will be waking up during a sleep cycle surely.
This app helps you to plan when to go to bed and when to wake up. It is really going to help you feel better and Wake up more easily.
Have been using the website and when my daughter told me about the app, I downloaded it and find it to be very useful. I wake up feeling more refreshed.
It's perfect to check for the best time to wake up. Especially if you aren't going to get enough hours. Helps you to wake up feeling more rested.

I always used to look at the website to help me plan for sleeping with my classes, babysitting and work. I love that it's an app now that sets different alarms when you need it.
Great idea for an app- it's a little buggy if you want to test different wake up times, but if I exit and then go back in, it works
Makes the times when you can't get a full night sleep much easier to wake up from. Works well.

I don't mind ads and understand their purpose but not when they jump scare you.
Useful in combinations with other applications like sleep Android, or sleep time. To wake up more precisely, and comfortably.

I am a night owl, which usually means I'm a zombie in the morning. After using this app for a week, I can say that the cycles theory works great in practice - I wake up easier with a clearer head and can get through my morning routine efficiently. The app itself is straightforward and provides 3 different ways to help you manage your sleep time. Just make sure you go to sleep when you say you will!
