ICE : Personal Safety App

Excellent app, was in a very volatile situation and this application puts me at ease that the proper info would be available to authorities if needed.

Useful information to have in one area in case of an accident or hospital emergency

Nice interface for sure. Poor English and punctuation for templates. You really should allow the user to make their own templates or edit the ones you have. You can reach out to me if you would like for me to write them for you. The Learn Self-Defense and Health Tips are silly and should be removed. Seems like filler content only and completely unnecessary. More is not better. Finally, FOLLOW ME suggests you will be giving someone your location information every X number of minutes. That doesn't happen. There's no setting for number of minutes between automatic location messages being sent. That's not good. Follow me and templates are the biggest things that need updating. They need fixing at the very least and it would be nice if we could edit templates ourselves with add, delete, edit. Will give 5-star rating and buy it if/when these are all corrected.

Must be able for first responders to be able to access ICE info even if device is locked.

Easy to use my only concern may have more to do with my phone than the app. However, after leaving my home Wi-Fi when I return the emergency page of the app no longer comes up when the phone is first opened. In order to get this page I have to open the app and then it will come up when the phone is first opened

The lock screen info stops displaying after a few days. After emailing back and forth with the ICE app support, I uninstalled another app (Go Speed) that apparently was removing the ICE app's ability to display my info on the lock screen. I reinstalled Go Speed, which is an awesome app for several reasons, once I got ICE working properly again. I did find a setting in Go Speed that has it ignore ICE. But once again, ICE stopped working as advertised. I'm done wasting time with ICE.

Still can add extra power saving modes example found on Samsung S7, HTC etc. Those ultra power saving modes will come in handy whenever in an emergency and phone's low on battery.

It would be perfect if you could put the access to owners info on the main page instead of having to go to the side menu. And if you add fire services, it would be even more awesome.

Friend of mine installed. Won't let her login...invalid email address error message

Now Feeling safer with this app, even walking alone at night.

Apparently I already have an account but couldn't log on so got a link in my email to reset my password but keeps saying "error". How cheap is that. Use Life 360 it's easier to use.

This is a great app that could save your life. Has emergency number to call quickly and has martial arts instructions for everyone especially women that are a must to learn. Also has medical information. Get this app.

Every minute is valuable in emergency. App gives you nearest Hospitals, Police Station, Emergency Contacts. You can quickly send your current location and ask for help. Must have for your dear ones.

Knowing I have this app helps me feel a little more secure.

It definitely works! Just be careful when it's in your purse. I had my ICE team meet me at the store, at my exact location.

First look:NOT IMPRESSED

Could be a good app. However, as it is mostly passive information there is no need for it to consume so much battery power. I understand it needs the GPS to keep track of location but surely only when asked (using in app features ). It seems to consume around 20% of the total battery power. If the power consumption could be reduced then that would improve the app.
