I tried to reset my password but i didnt receive any emails notification on the reset. Now im unable to sync and access the app. Very frustrated its been 2 days already. What happened why is it not working?

Give him a perfect hug. Absolute nonsense like this app and product. Chinese manufacturers are the worst when it comes to products with apps. This app no longer works making the scales useless in less than 6 months. Always buy products from a known western brand. You get what you pay for and with China you get rubbish

When it worked, it did exactly what I expected. But I changed my phone and forgot the password, app is unable to send reset email.

The scale worked fine for about 6 months then just stopped, says it cannot communicate. No help, no other explanation, just a paper weight now. Tried reinstalling the software, no help, junk

The concept is good but the execution of it is poor. Frequently the only data collected is weight and nothing else which defeats the purpose of the app. This needs to be improved a lot before I would be able to recommend it.

I'm extremely disappointed in this app. After using it for over two months, weighing in every morning, suddenly it has decided I need to sign in with an email address and password. I had never setup an ID or password, so I used my usual ID and attempted to guess the password. That did not work, so I registered with my email addy and gave it a password. That didn't work either; it says the password is wrong. Even when it was working, there were times when it refused to find the device it was searching for. It's got too many glitches.

I like the vision but the actual measurements need adjusting I selected lb but on the first screen still in kg and other measurements are not recorded

The app is great, gives a nice overview of the current weight and other calculated matrices like BFR BMI Water and Bone Mass. The app could improve and show previous data on detail as well. I would also like to see more features like syncing to third party apps like GoogleFit and such. I also have doubts about the accuracy of the app's calculation of BFR etc..

Although it worked I didn't like the colour scheme. Why can't we selected t a colour scheme of our choice built in?. Black text on white background would have been nice.

I only can view my Weight and BMI value only....the rest of the features shown "Unable to Collect Effective Data..." I ll give 5 Star if these issue fixed
