Worked from camera installation from 24/7/2015 until 02/08/2015. Since then quotes wrong perameter: username. Have tried with Securitas but as it works on their tabs and phones they are not interested. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling Mycam to no avail. Then tried uninstalling and reinstalling both MyVerisure and Mycam 05/08/2015 and it let me into Mycam JUST ONCE and now it's gone again. Retried same procedure but now still not letting me in. It's a joke from such a reputable company

Trash.. worked a few times.. then never again allowed me past the access page. Securitas blamed it on my phone, and left it up to me..result im gonna cancel /remove the camera and cancel the contract with securitas..

Tried again today 17th Sept still not working on a Samsung Galaxy edge 6 wrong Parameters yet works on other phones Worked up until yesterday then today nothing comes up with user error yet no problem on another phone Security services blames it on the updated app now cannot get user name to be recognised although on my old phone it works

No alerts when motion and sound is detected,even though all settings are correct and i have a very good signal.
