Really quick to book the taxi it only took a few seconds. I can use my card so no messing around with cash and i got a text confirming the price of the journey so i knew before i got in the taxi how much i had to pay. Also i get 10% off every time i book on the app. Win win :)

Quick and easy to set up, takes seconds to book a taxi, can track the driver to see how far away they're from you, receive texts to tell you the licence plate plus what colour and type the vehicle is, receive a text to tell you a fixed price before the taxi arrives and an added bonus, the fare is slightly cheaper using this app than what it would be if you jumped in one at a taxi rank, the driver may complain about this as he did with me but I'm saving a few quid so who cares 10/10!

Booked a taxi the day before using the app. Taxi never turned up and the app just said driver unassigned. We nearly missed the start of the Bournemouth half marathon. Thankfully used Gett, who got a licensed taxi to us in 5 minutes. Will now use them

Bloody awful. Activation code didn't work. Says switch on location when in fact switched on because other apps that use that function are working fine. Good taxi company but naff app

Wanted to use as would be ideal, but wants access to contacts? The app does not need access to my contacts, so uninstalled.

Why does it want to access my contacts? when I decline, as I don't want it to start emailing friends, it dudnt work. Meanwhile my wife who has iOS simply gets asked do you want to receive notifications ? It then works perfect for her. Edit: returned to the app later and entered the passcode my wife had been sent and it didn't work, no surprise. but then I received loads of text messages with codes. So something wrong with receiving that first code, as someone else mentioned in revuews. So you can decline access and it still works I'm on ee if that makes any difference, but I think someone needs to fix a bug in your android app re: getting first text code

Doesn't get past registration so you have to call anyway?? Yep, it's a POS app, don't waste your time as you may as well call. Hopefully Uber will make it here
