Ive just waited over an hour for a cab that didnt arrive. Phoned to find out what's happening, was told it's because of school times & traffic - Yeah, so? Not my problem! Get more drivers! I've had to miss my appointment & cancel & the controller didn't even apologise or care. Not the type of service I expect. Twice I've been let down in the past week by your firm & considering Ive spent around £100 in the last 10 days with you, I expect better service. App being deleted now. Will try another firm instead.
