Wait times say 5 minutes but have been waiting an hour. App keeps cancelling my booking, but dispatch (rudely) insists booking is not cancelled

Gives network every time I type in a destination though in full coverage and using other apps. Google Pixel 7.1.1, has all permissions set as allowed. Unfortunate, not usable.

Wouldn't record the correct address, told me it cancelled the trip request but didn't actually do it. Poor interface, very slow response time. Not worth using.

We booked a cab using the app. My driver said I could pay him cash, so I did. Later, saw I was charged on my card, too. Paid twice for one ride. I will never use Radio Cab again, only Uber or Lyft!

The app will not run unless I grant access to my contacts. This app doesn't need to access my contacts in order to function. I won't use it until that requirement is removed.

whenever i use this app, it says i can have a cab in 5 minutes. then it books a cab in in vancouver during rush hour traffic and i'm in downtown portland. it's a 45 minute wait if i don't use the app and just call, i get a cab in 3 minutes. also, the credit card option doesn't let you tip.

Make sure location is on or it permanently dies. Defaults to UK data? I had to uninstall it because it couldn't find me.
