I've used this app many times and it was fine. I like the fact it let's you track your driver. However, I've tried to use the app again and it's started asking me for an SMS pass code. I've tried registering to get the pass code sent to me but I haven't received anything, so now I can't use the app at all!! UNINSTALLED

Didn't even send me tx msg so I could register good job 24/7 cars if I ever want to waste my time and annoy myself ill use ur app

Thank you for being so fast . Very good taxi service. By the time I had ended my call the taxi was here . 24/7 cars get to you quicker than the emergency services.

Taxi arrived on time, with message sent to my phone to alert me to the driver's arrival.. nice, clean car, polite driver, safe drive & fare cost was exactly as was quoted on the app, definitely use the service again!

If the app worked I would use it. Sadly I can't get past it asking for an sms registration which doesn't seem to be sent. Tried a few times now. Think I'll stick to phoning them.

App won't fully install as no SMS code is sent, even after trying resend.

Can't download as text pin number won't come through! Please sort this out as your taxis are really reliable and we want this app service as we use you always.

Used this app for a long time with no issues, installed it on a new phone and can't register as it won't send me a confirmation SMS.

No longer works! Still waiting for activation sms!!

Driver never showed but at least I was able to see them driving in the other direction with the GPS mapping though. And a lot of fun to have to call up twice, being told that someone would call me back, which never happened. Good one.

I did not complete the registration as the app wanted permission to access my contacts. I really do not see the need for accessing my private information, when all I want is a car to pick me up. On the the car side though, I have used 24/7 a few times now and found them to be punctual and caring drivers. And the price is competitive. Shame I can't use the app though...

Please can we have old version this no longer enables destination booking or quote. So hate this version . Was full of praise before update

Installed and put in registration info but hours later still no code to complete registration. Waste of time. Uninstalling:-(

I call the service and they say taxi does not cover my area! Why it allowed me to book it through the app is ridiculous to me. Smh call to make sure ur area is covered first.

The taxi had arrived well before time which was great but then had to pay cash at the end of the ride when the mobile app promises online payment through card, so annoyed, thankfully i was carrying some spare cash with me.

Don't like the latest upgrade at all. You enter pickup point but not where you're going; which you were able to do previously.

This app used to be great but since the update it has asked me to 're register yet I can't as I haven't received the registration sms.

Even though this company is supposed to be the biggest and best taxi service in Birmingham it's got to be the most unprofessional I've come across!!! Rang at 7.30 told 10 mins then ignored when rang back so had to ring on different number to get a response from the company for it to turn up at 8.05. If I was told half hour I would of rang another company so I wouldn't of been late even after I told the person on the phone I had to be where I'm going by 8 am.

Would be a good app but cant add my cards details and as of last night i can no longer book a taxi it just says finding closest driver.

What a shame. Seems like a great app :(. Can you please fix so I can book taxi from address. Half of my street is missing on the app
