The app has me located 70miles away.when you book a cab they wait outside the wrong house , then cancel your booking. Calling the office to see what's happening, they call you a liar....avoid....used to be good, but now useless

Used to be great then it forgot my card details and now can't register them. When inputting your details screen just goes grey and locks out. Uninstalled and tried again no luck also happening on an S8

This app just gets worse,when booking a time say 08.30 once you click confirm it changes the time to 9.30.luckily I noticed this in time or I would of missed my coach trip and 1ab would be getting billed.this needs sorting asap.So ppl make sure you book online an hour earlier than you need taxi

Downloaded this app as when I'm working in can't make phone calls which would make it easier to book a taxi but the app won't open just stays on the 1ab sign ????????

Doesn't update where your driver is, it shows you where he is at first then doesn't move so you don't know how close he is getting.

Not only can u book a taxi in a few clicks you can also track your taxi. It's just a brilliant app

Originally a really good app. Now is inaccurate and unreliable. If you pre-book a taxi the expect the app to assign you a taxi at least 15 minutes after the time.

Books taxis with cash or card. Emails full receipts. Tracks your taxi. What more could you want?

It doesn't pick up my location correctly and it can only find certain addresses even if they are in the same street. Absolutely rubbish

90% of the time the map does not load so you have no clue how far away your taxi is. If you book a taxi for 2:30 most of the time it doesn't even look for a driver until that time and even then they are normally 5 minutes away. There for it is not very reliable for appointments and such.

Very easy to use.

Had the app before installed it again. Put in email address says not in system. Then i try to register with a diff email but then says number in use just cant win

This is one of the easiest apps to control. I would recommend it to anyone. I mean cars at the touch of a button NICE!!!!!

Tried downloading twice on android. Won't open. Pants.

Very good and very easy to use can't fault it and it is a lot quicker than phoning the office cause they take ages to answer the phone

And looking at some one elses comment about having to register i have done that 2 lol. Now just gotta wait to try it out. Good idea tho

Its so much easier especially if I have no change were in the past iv had to go to a cash machine to get money to pay where as now I have three payment options cash, card and account. Also cars are rarely late. way to step it up 1.A.B .. A***

Please tell me wat is the point in putting an address when nothing is recognised... And if you are lucky enough to get threw that stage 1st time users then have the chew of havin to register quicker to ring or txt

Why does 1AB need to"test access to protected storage" and "modify or delete the contents of your SD card"? Uninstalled!

Brilliant app. The ability to track the progress of the taxi is great. Useful to have the pay by card option if I need to order a taxi unexpectedly and don't have any cash on me. Only problem I have found is that if I pay this way, the email receipt I receive is blank and contains no details of journey and cost etc. Email contents come through fine if paid by cash - suspect a glitch somewhere.

Would probably be great if I could open it...

booked taxi night before so I wouldn't be late for work next day. 8:15 am its now 8:35 no taxi arrived I'm now late for work..got the usual speel from call handler when I called them up..its on its way..wont be using this firm ever again!
