The app itself is not the worst. But the company definitely is. They make money by conning people. Their whole business is a total rip off. And Oh, the taxis are always late. And their call centre is full of retards. If I could I would sue them for fraud. I highly recommend you to find another service.
If I could give less stars I would! Makes me late every time I use it... truly a worthless piece of garbage.
Used this app when I couldn't find an Uber in the area. About half a dozen go cars in the city centre and mine came in less than a minute. Good that the price gets fixed so you know what you're going to pay. Driver was friendly and drove safely, with a clean car. Will definitely use again, was cheaper than an uber would have been anyway!
Worst app ever. Have tried to use it on several occasions where it says there's a booking but then when you try to track the car it says yet to be dispatched. It is ALWAYS late, someone 15-20 mins when it says 5 minute wait at the start. Then you try and cancel and you can't, so they charge you anyway. This is actually the worst app I've ever used and shouldn't even have additively to be listed in the play store. If I could give a negative 5 start rating I would. Don't waste your time with this, use Uber instead. Or the bus. Am now uninstalling and will never use again.

Book a taxi 3 hours in advance and you'll still be standing around for 25 minutes waiting...
Avoid , only if you want to wait under the rain and lose your train connections you can use this company . Not serious at all
Awful. Booked a taxi last night for this morning and I had to ring them as it hadn't been dispatched. They haven't got a taxi until 850 I booked it for 830. No form of communication on the app no customer service awful. *shrewsbury
How can you make an app this broken?! I can't actually register because the keyboard won't appear on the PIN confirmation screen. Tested on S7 and nexus 5x
Every time I book a taxi through this app- it arrives the next day...even the app says it's booked for today...have to call them every time to change date...not good
Called a taxi and received a text message to state my taxi had arrived outside however no taxi had arrived. Spoke to the base that told me they must have picked someone else up instead . still waiting now. Stick to uber

App was good but suddenly can't order a taxi from where I work as it all ways displays "no available taxis til 15.45 "
Should really mention when adding a card you try and take £1.01 for card verifications

Eat if u have pay as you go phone can use wi fi to book taxi

Have used the app for a while with no problems and now cant add a credit card. As use this for business can no longer use. Tried again today but will not allow me to add. Any comments? Take it no comments which is a shame. When try to add card keeps saying declined so still can't do it. Can you please comment on what the problem with the credit cards are as the diamond cars app (which is identical have removed theirs). Uninstalling until problem advised as fixed.
Why does it need to access my contacts???! Plus taxi is NEVER on time when taxi booked using this app... do not recommend... just book via telephone, more reliable that way!
Why would I allow go cars access to my contacts? Without this the app won't work. Uninstalling due to the potential invasion of privacy.
App worked fine Go Carz kept saying driver was 5 mins away and then put phone down. Was left in the cold for 1.5 hours until a family member came to rescue me.
The new app design is an improvement over the previous release. The old version felt dated and was missing features that were greatly needed such as being able to punch in a postcode and then confirm the house number or quickly leave notes or instructions for the driver before I've booked. I also like the ability to see available taxis driving around in real time. That's a good feature that was missing in older versions. Now if only I could setup which ways I'd like to be notified about my bookings..
The app is easy to use. Driver was bang on time. You can track taxi if need to. You are also given taxi reg to make it easier to find your taxi. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
The receipts you are sending now appear to be invalid PDFs. Which sucks

Started using new app , works every time just it's different from old one for credit card bookings and is not clear that you need to make booking before it asks for payment options where as old one asked for payment option before you clicked make booking. Could be a little clearer on that front, but it's just different and people don't like change. Web site interface is also good and clear. Email receipts is perfect for expenses etc
I used to love this app and use it all the time. Since you have put live the new app it doesnt work properly. You took something that worked and had no problems ans made something that no longer works. Trying to book at taxi to a popular destination like Birmingham Airport is now impossible on the app.
The new app is more practicle and easier to use however pick up point is not a problem but when you get to drop off point it doesnt find any address in walsall at all .... needs an urgent update or to be able to pin find drop off on a map like collectiom point. Tracking seems to be a lot betfer and you now get a txt msg when outside but please sort out the address look up feature. Also if your driver calls its an out of area number some pwople may not answer can that be changed ?
Very disappointing that loyal customers are being charged 5% extra for repeat business. Very cynical approach and will make me think twice now about using the app and Go Taxis at all
Since using new app I have not got a callback or text driver told me km supposed to track it by looking at app.. for past 3 days I've only been able to book through app once other times get error and waited for 2 mins for someone to answer my call I gave my credit card details and still had to pay by cash. I get 2 taxis a day and you are gradually losing my business

Booked cab via this app at 7am for 7.45am pick up. Nothing dispatched by 7.50am and took a phone call to get one out. Made me late for work, an absolute farce.
