Firstly do not download this app. Why this app needs to much access is beyond me. Firstly the app states 10% discount which is a lie. Secondly the app will try take small amounts of money from your account for no reason. Thirdly the drivers tend to go the long way knowing you're paying by card so can't dispute the price.

I have gone two trips. In my first trip, I wasn't happy with the route the driver has chosen as that was the longest route. Then I shared my feedback for that trip. After that I booked for the another trip, driver got a cal from the customer Care and he was mentioning the route he is about to take and they asked him to change the route and this time because of the shortest route, fare was less. Fare for my first trip was £7.8, for the second trip it was £5.9. Felt happy with the way they handled my second trip within ten to fifteen minutes from the time I submitted the feedback of my first trip.

At least confirm you have a driver available before you text me to say the taxis been dispatched. Stop lying to my club cars!

App failed to take payment as driver had no signal. Driven away from location to get cash. Easy and convenient, my arse

Rubbish app,controllers in office take no notice of it, taxi 20 minutes late again.

The app says the wait time will be 5mins regardless of how long it will actually be. Useless.

Most drivers don't really know how too get to you're destination . Priority booking via the app in the morning didn't seem to be available.

NO 10% discount showed up on a card booking and a SNEAKY 20p waiting fee was applied when no wait occurred.

Terrible costumer service and unreliable app , avoid at all costs.

Shocking. Tried to sign up yet it never sent my a code. Will never use this again.

App keeps removing my address and shows a strange address thats not mine so i have to pay extra for phoning a taxi

Great app, better than uber, it lets you schedule/book in advance.

Good knowledgeable friendly drivers.

Some drivers are moody and busy with there phones better to sort that out

Very bad service. I travelled same time for 2 days and the price charged to me totally different. And the driver totally disagree that they cnt charge me 2.75. Because there meter starts frm 2.80. Even though my accont has been debitd with 2.75 twice. Seriously robbing people.

Booked a car via the app, the app said it had gone through and gave me a reference. Car then didn't show up. Called dispatch via the app and the number didn't work. Don't bother downloading this.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. It harvests all your phone's data and sells it to scammers. Pretty soon you will get texts saying you're due a tax rebate or you've been in an accident and you're being sued. Why does a taxi app need so much access to your phone?? Scammers.

I didnt use the ap once because within a day of installing it I began receiving txts and calls from accident claims companies telling me I had recently been involved in an accident when I had not!clubcars are obviously selling on customers details as before installing the ap I didn't have this issue!I have now uninstalled it!ask yourself why do they need access to all your phones content just to book a cab?

Been told by drivers not to use app during rush hour and don't get any discount if paying by card as charges extra 25p which makes up the discount

Why does an app to book a taxi want access to all my contacts?

Cannot download it , it just says, download pending.

Unable to book a taxi due to not having a confirmation code sent to me. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to send a confirmation code?

I love using this app only thing is I go to aldi in Baguley a lot but it's not on the app 1 or 2 other places if they could have the app put on I would be happy if you go somewhereptr than once add to list of destinations on phone

I didn't get my 10% off,in fact club cars is a bit more expensive than other taxis...so I probably won't use them very much.

Been waiting since 5pm on Saturday for the confirmation code. It's been 3 days. Will be uninstalling.

Downloaded this app this afternoon still waiting for the confirmation password to be sent so I am unable to use this app to book my taxi been waiting 3 days now getting beyond a joke

Easy Fast & Efficient

After installing the app not getting the activation code for completing the registration. Very bad support .

App itself worked great but now it's uninstalled there ads still appear everywhere.
