Worked perfectly. Driver arrived in minutes and I could track him all the way to my door. Plus €2 off....hard to beat that!

The works really well as a dispatcher but it keeps running in the background draining battery. I accidentally left it running in the background and it drained my phone battery.

Any time when time is set by direct input it crashes. Setting of destination by address search is not correctly implemented. Generally amateurish app.

App is pretty easy to use and I continue to use it because Big O drivers are the best in Galway, but the app does have its issues which I'd like to report: 1) Sometimes when pre-booking a cab for a time in the future, and confirming on the 'confirmation' page that the time is correct, once the booking is placed it defaults to the current time and begins sending a driver enroute. (I have one time stamp of this from when I managed to cancel after it had done so) 2) App does not register when you put in a specific time unless you tick the up/down arrows to adjust the time before clicking ok. It always crashes to the home screen when trying to do this without adjusting the time with the arrow buttons. 3) Card option does not seem to work properly at all. If these could be fixed I'd definitely give it 5 stars :)

...but the app says "no hidden costs" which isn't true. Only at the end of my first journey booked with the app was I told by the driver that there's a 50c charge because I had booked with a credit card.

They charge 2 Euro for booking and then waive it off.. hailo and other apps don't charge the 2 Euro booking at all.. so makes no difference
