Just missed a doctor's appointment because I was left tracking a taxi for 15 minutes only for the driver to cancel/app to mess up and start looking for a new taxi for another 10 minutes. Had to just cancel the cab. The time before this I was left sitting out freezing for 30 minutes after booking and paying with card, only to get a notification saying the driver couldn't find me, even though I'd been there the whole time. Decided to pay double and book another only to be told on arrival that the other taxi had never even taken the booking, even though the app had told me a driver had taken the booking and I was left tracking the cab for half an hour, ended up arriving at the restaurant 1 hour later than intended when it was closing up and my mother had been left sitting alone for an hour, both over 20 euro meals each bought and gone cold. It's silly. The idea is good but if the app doesn't even work and the bookings never go through/drivers keep cancelling on you then it's entirely pointless. In the time I spent waiting I could have used a different taxi service or at least have been told upfront how long I'd be waiting so I could avoid having other people waiting around pointlessly. Still waiting to see if the transactions go through for the both times I paid with card.

This app has gone mental with battery usage. Used a quarter of my battery in a couple of hours. Turned off location and it still uses a fair amount of power

Great app, does its job brilliantly. However I can't add my visa debit card. I've tried multiple times but to no avail. The map could do with being more accurate. Address buttons would be useful too, where you could save your home and frequently visited address, to make booking quicker. Would give it 5 stars if I could add my card.

Was in cork and tried it apparently I would be Waiting 20 min for a taxi never knew swift operates a helicopter service tried the app in tipparery town and came up with 20 min again so makes me wonder how accurate the wait time is

Ive been using hailo for the last few weeks and they are a joke.ive got receits from them which were not what I paid.i was charged 4.50 on top of my fare through my credit card as the driver put in he was waiting for me fir 5 mins to which I told him numerous time s to tell that shower I was in his cab.while he was driving home I was getting messages off th em to say your driver is out side waiting for you when I was nearly home.they are a joke.and they will not blagard me.i showed one of yere drivers the

After using it for two years, errors started appearing when I tried to use my card. Deleted it, and tried to save it again, but nothing comes up for 'card type' now. Also, it's getting very dodgy when It comes to tracking the driver. Please fix. It was a dream to not have to ring taxis, and book them well in advance.
